Their friendly staff are so helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of biking, they listen and understand your needs and don't just try to sell you anything. Fantastic service! We drove up from North Carolina for the Ride2ConquerCancer and had a mishap with one of the bikes on the highway. The bike needed a new rear wheel, tire and saddle, and we needed it right away for the ride the next day. The people at Giant Ancaster could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us. I called the store, told them my predicament, and they told me to come in and they would get my bike fixed that day. We had barely returned to our hotel after dropping it off when I received a text telling me it was ready. The price charged for the parts and labor was very reasonable.

Called the store to inquire about a EMTB that showed up on the online store.Staff very helpful in the process of holding the bike until I could get to the store to check it out. I live a fair distance from Ancaster.When I arrived at the store they were in the middle of renovations. In spite of all the activity the staff was very helpful.When I decided to purchase the bike they had it set up and prepped right away so I wouldn’t have to make the drive a second time to pick up the bike.Great experience… thanks to everyone at Giant Ancaster.

Above and beyond service! Highly personable and professional. The staff were very knowledgeable and were willing to take the time to walk me through the front wheel removal. They even took the time to assist me in getting the bike into my trunk. Definitely recommend this store for anyone interested in mountain biking

I bought cycling shoes for my wife who works out on a spin bike in her gym. I did not know much about cycling shoes. Thankfully for Alex he was very knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to Know to make a purchase that we would be happy with. My wife loves the shoes that we bought thanks to the friendly patient and knowledgeable service that we received.The store looks bright and clean. I would like to spend more time the next time that I am in.
