Cardinal Points Gift Shop
Dropped by for the ice cream about midway through our trip around the Cabot Trail. We sat on the porch looking over the water while eating the generous scoops of ice cream. Establishment is meant for tourists: t-shirts, mementos, etc Snacks and ice cream as well.

Dropped by for ice cream for the kids and coffee for us. Very friendly and helpful lady and excellent ice cream (I'd recommend the blueberry). Definitely a good place to stop and chill for a while!

I had a great conversation with the lady at the front desk. It's a charming little spot with a variety of jewelry. I bought a Jade necklace for my girlfriend and it turned green on day one. That was somewhat predictable.Pins and patches galore if that's your goal.

We make sure to stop in every summer when driving the Cabot Trail. The staff are wonderful and they have something for everyone.
