Eazy-Peazy

We have always loved frequently visiting Eazy Peazy with our children. Whether it’s rainy day fun, play dates or hosting birthday parties. This facility is in fantastic shape and is always extremely clean compared to other play places in town. We recommend it to everyone.However, there was a situation this afternoon when we visited with friends who came from out of town. Their child was approached by an aggressive man and he was yelling in her face (inches away) which made her cry. Kids are going to be kids. The gentleman’s daughter pulled the other little girls hair and she defended herself (her head was actually split open a week or so ago, so it hurt her even more than it normally would) The parents exchanged words and the owner became involved but the gentleman who thought it was appropriate to yell aggressively in a child’s face was permitted to stay. As the other review that was left this afternoon said- this is a place for children to have fun and for it to be a safe and fun environment. With individuals such as that man being permitted to stay after behaviour like that to a child is unacceptable.Unfortunately we now feel uncomfortable and don’t see ourselves going back in the future. We hope this is a learning lesson for everyone involved. An unfortunate situation.

The kids had a great time! The place is very clean and it was great for smaller kids. There are lots of different play areas that will keep kids entertained

Absolutely terrible! We came in (in person) to book a party here - spoke to Isabel who promised us certain things and then when we were ready to book, she took back everything she said. We requested to speak to the owner Teresa several times who NEVER called us back. Finally when we reached her she said she only communicates over email which is ridiculous. People in todays world still communicate via phone - she says she only does over email because she is too busy. Looks like its a family run business which is very poorly run and customer service is awful! They took my deposit and never returned it even though they were in the wrong and never even offered a credit. They are very rude over the phone and email. Awful awful awful!

Went here with my son. He absolutely loved it. Will definitely become a regular. Great size, great activities, and I'm a 250 lbs man and I was able to go in and out of all their activities.

Great spaceOnly issue was on their website they indicate they have smaller areas for younger age groups. They fail to mention that everything is open for all age groups on weekends for parties which makes total sense. Just indicate on your site that there really is no good spot for infants on weekends. We went there with family who have a child not quite walking yet thinking there was a area for her to play without getting steam rolled by older kids.Other than that great activities, lots of seating.

Witnessed a disturbing situation while visiting with my children today. A man approached a child that wasn’t his and proceeded to scream at a little girl who was maybe 4yo, inches from her face bringing her to tears. From what I gathered and saw it looked as though the man’s child pulled the little girls hair and she possibly defended herself, to which the man felt was inappropriate on the little girls part. The parents of both children exchanged some words and the owner of the facility excused the man’s behaviour and allowed for them to stay and continue to use the facilities.I am appalled that the owner would support this persons behaviour. If they feel it is ok for a grown adult to approach a child and scream in their face (their own child or an unknown child regardless), what other behaviour do they allow to happen in a space that is meant to provide happiness and fun for children?10/10 will not be returning.

We went here the first time and love it! The whole place is very clean and nicely laid out. There are both big and small play structures for different ages. Staff is very friendly. My toddler had a great time!

Attended a birthday party here, party room is upstairs so you can see the kids in climber better than standing on floor.Lady at the door signing people in could have been a lot more friendlier and welcoming. She just seemed annoyed with people arriving

This play place and the two ladies that run it are amazing! I feel so bad for all of the BS they have to deal with from crazy parents and entitled Karen’s. This is the cleanest and safest play area I have ever been to and I travel for over 45 minutes to come here special with my boys. I 1000% recommend Easy Peasy! My socks are always as white leaving as they were when I first entered and that’s priceless!
