Speedy? Depends on if you count the quoted time, or the time it takes. Having only 1 vehicle means that if you have places to go or kids to pick up, you book an appointment and give yourself some buffer time in case it takes longer. That is what I did last Friday when I booked a 1pm appointment for a quoted 2 to 2.5 hrs job. I needed to get going no later than 4 and figured that should be plenty of time. I dropped the car off, went for lunch across the street and came back, but my vehicle was still sitting outside. I waited until 2:15 (an hour and 15 mins later than booked time) and asked if the 2 to 2.5 only starts once the vehicle is in the Bay, because I need to be out by 4pm. The lady said, no chance they'd be done because they were backed up (not my fault you overbooked or are short staff). She then offered me to rebook at a different time and that she would give me free wipers for my inconvenience (60$ value on a 1500$ job, a 4%gift). I re-booked with a 2 to 3 hours' time quoted this time for the following Tuesday morning and said I couldn't make 8 but would be there by 8:05. Perfect, they said we'll bring it right in when you get here and get started. Well, it ended up being closer to 9am by the time they got it in, and I never got it back until noon. I was then very late for a 11h35 timing because I gave myself a 3.5-hour window for a 2-3h job that actually takes 4h. To anyone thinking of doing business here, plan to lose your vehicle during their full operating hours to not be disappointed.

Great service, easy to schedule and drop off! They did leave a bit of debris in my car from removing the old windshield which was more annoying than anything.

PLease see the pic below of the botched chip repair;Update October 17, 2022. They ultimately replied but refused to take any responsibility for the botched repair. All they said was that the purpose of the chip repair is to prevent further damage. I spent $100 on the chip fix and because it was botched, I sent my cousin $400 as compensation because this was a car we borrowed.This company lacks skilled workers and does not take responsibility for botched work. Assume you are at high risk of poor work and that any work done is not warrantied.Update Oct 1, 2022: I contacted their customer service as per their note below, but no one has replied. I've added a pic of the repaired chip. Does that look repaired? NFW!Did a terrible job of fixing a tiny rock chip. We saw no improvement after the repair. In fact, it is more visible now. We expected to see a small drill hole. The resin injected now prevents a proper repair. We returned and the tech said sometimes the repairs don't work well and shrugged his shoulders. How about getting some basic training so you can use suction, pressure, and heat to ensure the resin fills the chip correctly? Also, why are chip repairs more than twice the cost of other provinces? They charged over $100 including taxes.

Called in that morning and luckily they were able to get the necessary windshield for my vehicle and replaced it that day on site within a couple hours. Great friendly service, would highly recommend.
