I don't think Sherwin Williams would be the same without their manager Amir Towheed there. Amir is the epitome of customer service. Having met Amir at the Whitby location, from the jump he was honest in his opinions on products and what paints to use. He would not just give you anything to make a sale. He would always take the time to ensure you were getting exactly what you wanted, within your price range and wouldn't be disappointed with the finished product. His easy-going, friendly demeanor shows that he cares and would only treat his customers like family. When I heard he transferred to the new store in Stoufville, I make sure to drive the extra few miles because you just don't find someone who cares like Amir does anymore! Would recommend this location for any of your painting needs. Definitely above and beyond service! If only I could post 6 stars!

Amazing customer service by Scott. Best paint shop. We were going to stage our house and did not want to have a painter come in to paint the walls due to Covid. Scott guided us and gave us the necessary products and instructions to paint the house. Nobody could have helped us better than Scott. I recommend this shop to everyone. Keep it up guys!

Couldn't begin to explain how helpful this store is. Whenever I have a question for myself or a client, the team is always willing to answer my questions, and explain the process to me. I always refer clients to this specific store, even if it is out of the way just because of the store team..Not to mention the great fundraisers for the community at Christmas time, just shows how giving this store is!

Amir was amazing! I was in the middle of painting my house when I could no longer get my colored paint from Home Depot when it closed and I ran out. I found out Sherwin Williams was still providing paint, and asked about matching my colors from another brand. I was nervous that they wouldn't even be close. Amir assured me that this is what they do and it would look good. He was correct! The colors are a match! I even accidentally touched up the other paint with the Sherwin Williams paint and you can not tell! Thank you for saving my project while I've been stuck at home!
