I was told that my data plan is unlimited and won't be charged after 15GB but the speed won't be same.However ,I am facing now overage due to their negligence on providing me accurate details about cellular service by Mobile Clinic staff and i doubt they are using trainees for service selling without any knowledge.Not even half star,guys pls check every points before proceeding any service with them.

Totally professional with work. I had an issue with my phone and it wasn't charging even when plugged in. They just took 20 mins to clear all the problems. When getting things done in Canada are tedious and time consuming, they just took a couple of minutes to restore my phone to normal. Highly recommend this place if you need a fix for mobile devices.

Scott is amazing, friendly and helpful. I bought my iPhone from him last year, the best purchase I ever made. Had a problem with my apple AirTag thinking it was my phone. He spent over an hour helping me and sent me to jump+ apple in the mall which I didn’t know existed. It now works, thanks to Scott. Didn’t have to drive to Waterloo. We need more conscientious and kind people like him. A big thank you to Scott.

Smartest team! So impressed. Daughter's phone was a fast easy fix, my own they couldn't actually fix (she's just too old) but they tried everything and in the end no charges because it couldn't be fixed. I will always go back to them for phone issues.

Went to get a battery replacement for my Iphone Xs and they screwed up the installation of the screen when they were closing it all up. It isn't seated all the way in, and you can feel the screen move when you press on it. They told me it was because of the adhesive wearing off during installation and even a screen replacement wouldn't solve it so they told me there isn't anything they could do.

After receiving no help from my carrier in having my phone fixed we were referred to Klinik and I am so very impressed with the service I received today.The factory warranty ran out oddly enough 2 months prior but, they took on the challenge and replaced both the battery and the screen and managed to actually get it covered under warranty so no charge to me.Would highly recommend anyone to come here
