I bought a well pump and it was delivered in two days. I hooked it up and it blew a gasket". Phoned and explained my problem. New .pump arrived the next day. Wonderful service. Excellent personnel both in Sudbury and Vaughan. Would highly recommend this company"

Just bought a new toilet here. Dealt with Patti who was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with our numerous questions. She was a real joy to exchange with! Made arrangements to pick up our item later that week. The staff downstairs during pickup, sorry, we forget their names, but they were also very friendly and helpful. Every thing was ready as scheduled. Very happy overall. Would definitely recommend dealing with this business.

Wow these folks can teach other retailers about service. Ordered on the 6th arrived on the 7th! Didn't even pay for overnight delivery! The product, Lustro Italiano - etch and watermark remover worked fabulously. Had some etching on a shower marble step from some diluted vinegar cleaner and after 3 treatments (2-3mins ea.) the stone is back to normal!

Best place in Northern Ontario for pluming and heating supplies. Lots of inventory, exceptional service, friendly staff who take time to explain and be helpful. Great response on emails (during Covid), Highly recommended. Would not shop anywhere else.
