Rose Nails Spa

I came in for a walk-in and didn't make an appointment. Great service, attention to detail, good quality nails. I went in to get shellac, waited around 15 minutes, my nail tech took about 30-40 minutes to do my nails. He multitasked and wrapped up another client's pedicure during my session. The interior is spacious, new, clean, sophisticated, modern, and comfortable. It's a little nicer than other nail salons. I would recommend an appointment, they get busy.

Came in for 2 shellac acrylic sets, 2 shellac pedicures. I asked for a safari themed nail set and was given cow print. The polish bubbled and is all nicked on one nail, which has never happened to me at my other shops I’ve visited. And she disregarded the shape request i had. I had no time to sit and have it all redone so i just was gonna take it as is. But then when it came to pay for the service she had told my friend the service was $229 and im very aware that when you pay with debit theres added taxes but what not making sense to me is why my account withdraw is $270 when the debit reader clearly stated $229. Never gave me a receipt. And when my friend had messaged the shop about this she states “its taxes” and she isnt going to refund or reimburse whatever the hell the $41 extra dollars are for. They all have hostile attitudes ( I promise i will not be back. Since i notice you like to degrade others who put honest reviews and experiences up.)

Best nail salon ever!! Everyone there is so helpful and kind, salon is gorgeous and very clean. Both Anna and Emily have done designs on my nails and they always turn out stunning. Highly recommend!

i keep trying to give them a chance but keep getting disappointed. anna does a good job if she isnt in a rush which is rare because she overbooks her appt often. she manages to decently make your nails look good but unfortunately they are scamming their customers.their dip powder nails are actually applied using acrylic liquid. and no its not the same thing. thats where the major damage happens esp when its a cheap acrylic liquid being used anyways…. youre paying 70$ for a dipping set that should be half that for acrylic. they also dont soak off their previous sets just yank them off or “pop” them off which not only is harmful to your nail hut also painful. an overall mess. just beware. little things to look out for. really dont appreciate the owner trying to “one up” customers. its not a smart way to run a business

i've been to a few different salons in the niagara/pelham region and once i found Rose Nails, i decided i was never going to go anywhere else. they have a very clean and modern salon. i love Anna and her team, they do fantasic work and always make me feel welcome and comfortable! i work at a restaurant and get dozens of compliments on my nails every day from customers, because every set always looks amazing. thank you Anna!

I went to Roses nail salon 2 days before my trip to Mexico and had a pedicure only and was recommended Shellac ..The location is 4 mins by car fromMe and had a nice chair that had massage and Jay gave me a nice pedicure that lasted the trip and still looks niceThank you

AMAZING! I was visiting Niagara from Barrie and I had just come from the waterpark with my grandsons who I was watching for a couple of days in the Falls. I had a big event that weekend and VERY little time to get my nails done. Haven’t lived in Niagara in years so I had no idea where to go so I started reading the reviews and I’m so glad that I chose this location. The location was very clean and beautifully decorated and everyone was super helpful trying to help me find the right colors and design to match my motorcycle. Emily did an amazing design job even better than I thought possible! Thank you! The nails were Perfectly done and not too thick and even better they glow in the dark.

Liam did my shellac manicure and regular pedicure. He did not rush like the other places do and was really careful and precise. Definitely recommend booking with him and will definitely be back when I'm in the area again!
