Dont come here. Worst service! They made me come twice to scan a passport did it wrong, it was the worst quality ever. The lady working did not know what she was doing. Wasted time coming here. Asked for her name because of the bad service and refused to give me her name. No accountability or responsibility for her mistakes.

Paid $150 for 2 days shipping suppose to arrive Friday but then it days Monday. Which I’m fine with. Then the driver updated to say he attempted to deliver it at 11:06 am. Which was a lie I have 3 camera on my driveway which is 24/7 recorded. Then comes Tuesday I was doing yard work at the front of the house. I went onto my phone to see what the updated status is and it say he attempted to deliver 20 min ago at 3:23pm. So someone lied again…… again I have all this on footage.I get package from U.S almost every week for almost 2 years now. This is the one time we decided to us them cause they had a faster option. Sike!!!! It’s not a faster option it just cost 2x more expansive for 100x the headache and you get your package slower then the cheaper option.Ps. Save yourself the headache and go with fedex. Almost 2 years 0 problems. Oh did I mention the last time I use ups before switching the fedex they lost my package. Hopefully they don’t lose this one.

I had to drop a return package of at this location. They provided wrapping service, which I found very helpful. I liked that there were female staff present, and that I could very clearly understand all staff members who spoke. (Both of these topics cause me severe anxiety, so I was very relieved)While this location is in a wheelchair accessible area, I would not recommend those in a wheelchair just drop in. I found it to be quite crowded with packages, and the walkways were narrow because of this. Given the smaller size of this location, this shouldn't come as a surprise, but it's worth noting. I also found it entertaining that they could remove a whole handrail in front of the store for easier loading of their delivery truck.

I had a large stack of photos that were entrusted to me while I completed a book project. I was worried about their security if I left them to complete the 82 'scans to email' for me. Aby was quick to show me a test of the scan quality, confirmed my pricing and, scheduled the job to be completed within 24 hours. I felt confident when I left the store that the photos were in safe hands. The next day I went back a bit early and they were all done and she sent all 82 photos to my email. What a fantastic job. Thank you Aby and team!

Shipped a Letter Express service on January 12th arrived in Louisville on 14th it is now the 25th still no delivery no movement no solution or remedy provided. I inquired with UPS Store staff in Kelowna on 19th , 20th ,21st 22nd , 24th & 25th was assured I would get a call or email for an update each time as they had to contact their PCA ...I never received any update I had to call back repeatedly . Extremely frustrated with the lack of follow up & delay in service with no clear day / date for delivery in site & only reply I get is there is nothing we can do " .Where is the accountability ?Whatever happened to customer service ?It is becoming increasingly apparent to that I will need to pay another 50 dollars & ship a replacement item with your competitor to get the job done right as I can no longer accept the incompetentce & apathy I have received so far.Disappointing to say in the least as I know you are & could do better than that.DBM"

I received first class service from this UPS store. The staff was helpful, friendly and respectful and the package arrived in Hawaii, delivered to the door, in under 2 days. Amazing! Highly recommend this store!

It is often busy here but based on my little experience coming to this place while I’ve been staying in Kelowna, I have never been to a friendlier UPS store. This one is not the closest to where I am staying, but I will continue driving out of my way to this location.

Excellent, fast service. I had a last minute print job I needed. The staff were quick and efficient and very patient with me working out exactly what I needed. They even cut them with their speedy cutter at no extra charge even though they were incredibly busy! I will definitely be back!
