I was very satisfied and happy dealing with the agent (Dave). He was flexible and willing to work with us as we were dealing with family medical issues at the time. It was so easy and convenient to just click and sign the document and it was done. He was also very patient and kind.

I filed my taxes with Aloe back in March. I was a little skeptical because I don't like giving people I don't know my personal information. However, I had nothing to worry about. Not only were they trustworthy and professional, they were also fast, helpful and accommodating. They did 3 years of taxes and government monies in 30 minutes. When I was done, I was even given the much needed Notice of Assessment. I have recommended them to a few friends and family and Dave continues to do great things for them.
