RONA-GUELPH ( W.Filsinger&Sons Ltd.)

I went to Rona yesterday looking for an unusual plumbing connector that I couldn't find anywhere. The staff expert assigned to help me, Greg, was exceptionally nice and helpful. He tried every way he could to find me the right part, but they did not seem to have it. I was ready to leave, but he was still trying. To my amazement he found just the right part for me; it worked perfectly. I simply had to commend him to his manager for his exceptional service! I highly recommend Rona; it's difficult to get that kind of service anywhere else!

The lady that helped me was very attentive & friendly. She got a co-worker to assist me in bringing my purchase to my car. He went a step further and loaded the 6 totes in my car.Great service all around.

A smaller RONA, so we were initially skeptical that they'd have everything we needed. We need not have worried. We were instantly greeted and asked if we need help finding anything, and managed to pick up what we needed in about 5 minutes... Faster than if we'd gone to a huge cavernous store. A pleasant surprise.

This may be a smaller store, but compared to bigger stores, the service here is exceptional. Floor staff are friendly, knowledgeable. Yard staff load your vehicle quickly.

They always either get my order wrong or with poor storing conditions in the lumber yard. Bought a osb sheet and they delivered me the wrong thickness. They won’t accept a return because the material was custom cut, even though it was their mistake.

I purchased a Fridge and Stove from Rona with the help of Tracey. Tracey quickly found a fridge and a stove that suits my needs. Today is was delivered and the delivery people were very professional, quick and respectful. Thank you.

The staff are not at all friendly. Not a great variety of products to choose from. Very expensive and not a great return policy.I don't recommend this place

I received absolutely disgusting customer service by the paint staff and cashiers today. The employees were extremely unprofessional, discriminatory and racist. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone assisted me with the paint. The male employee then decided to give me the highest grade of paint (and the most expensive), without my consent. While checking out, I was met with condescending remarks by the cashier, who attempted to charge me nearly $100 for ONE can of paint. It is extremely shady that the staff were not apparent with the pricing, and chose to make me the most expensive product. I am extremely disappointed, as I have purchased numerous products here over the years, with no issues. I recommend that management rectifies this issue with their staff if they slightly care about customer satisfaction.

Rona employee loaded lumber in my car that resulted in a cracked windshield as I left the parking lot. Did not realize the employee had packed the lumber down so tightly against my trunk and the pressure from a small bump in the parking lot cracked windshield. I assumed they knew what they were doing as they do this all day. Store manager was very unprofessional on the phone, called me a liar, and refused to provide any form of compensation for an $800 repair. I will never visit this Rona again.

Very nice staff, always having a good time chatting with each other, but not concerned at all about helping customers or attending inventory.Need help? You should awkwardly interrupt a chat about last weekend or someone's car breaking down.
