Travis and Kristian did an excellent job installing our Telus Business Connect phone system. They are always willing to assist us with making changes to our system. They have installed additional users (phones) and took care of all our needs including ordering the additional seat from Telus as well as the two additional phones that were added to our system. They are very professional and helpful with support after the service is installed. Telus support services can be frustrating at times and Travis and Kristian handled all our questions and explained how to use the system. We are very pleased with their service. Arrived on time to do the install, both are extremely knowledgeable and personable.They made sure my needs came first, and not just what the easiest and quickest way for them to get the job done. Showed great patience as we did two groups of training for the staff, never rushing, making sure we understood the new system. Nothing but great things to say about Travis. He did an excellent job all around for us. The training sessions he provided were detailed and informative. Quick enough to ensure no one tuned out, but long enough to cover all the important info. He went above and beyond for me, making sure to record one for us to have on hand later and provide to future staff or those who couldn't attend the sessions. He answered all my questions, whether by e-mail or phone call, quickly and efficiently. Took the time to do some research for us to try and help with an odd-ball third party device we were using, then walked me through the steps to get it working. Always very friendly and accommodating. The vendor that connected us to TaK IT was actually pretty terrible, but TaK IT really impressed me with the superior service provided. I couldn't recommend them more.

Both Travis and Kristian were absolutely awesome when they installed the Telus Business Connect system in our dealership. They were very knowledgable, patient and had a great understanding of all the options of the phone system. Without question the install could have been a real issue if both of these gentleman were not at the controls. They have also been very supportive after the install with questions and queries that we had. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking at a new phone system.
