I am very pleased to provide a review of Bryan's Mechanical. I have been a homeowner in Nanaimo for 16 years and while vacationing out of the country the motor of the furnace in my rented basement apartment developed a loud noise. It was Dec 29, 2021 and snow was on the ground.I called Bryan's because they had excellent reviews.They did not disappoint.Despite the weather conditions, they were able to send a repairman, Geoff, on the same day to assess the situation. Fortunately my house is near their office. Geoff assessed that the motor needed replacement.A motor was ordered and quickly installed 11 days later on Jan 11, 2022 by technician , Lars.My tenant and her adult son interacted with both Geoff and Lars and the office staff who made the appointments. My tenant and her son were impressed & pleased with all times of contact with Bryan's personnel.All this happened while I was OUT OF THE COUNTRY.I am very grateful to Bryan's for this smooth repair service.They were professionals throughout and deserve their excellent reputation.Thank you, Bryan's Mechanical.JL

Bryans went above and beyond for us on short-notice, in the lead up to the Christmas holidays no less, to replace our non-functioning oil furnace with a cold climate heat pump system. I can't say enough good things about this outfit and how great they treated us. Sam got us booked for a quote/site-visit immediately, and following that, Andy and Stephanie gave us some system options to select from. The installation team was top notch - they're professional, efficient and tidy. We couldn't be happier with our new Daikin heat pump system, and highly recommend Bryans Mechanical for anyone needing HVAC work done and wanting to deal with an exceptional service provider.

Noticed water coming from our AC unit. Called spoke with a receptionist who was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a technician to come out that same day! Technician Scott? I believe that’s his name anyways, was on time, fast and efficient. Turns out I needed to clean my ac filters… since he was there showed my how to change the heating unit filter. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Shout out to: West Temp Heating & Cooling - for recommending Brian’s.

We called Bryan’s Mechanical yesterday and they had Russ and Jordan here to fix our Napoleon fireplace the following morning Dec/23/02. They know their business and had our fireplace back up and running in a timely fashion.I would recommend this company.

Ian our services tech was so kind, on time and professional when doing the repairs and maintenance on my fireplace. The office staff when organizing the appointment were very helpful and could quickly schedule something within my schedule. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Bryans Mechanical installed our furnace and hot water on demand for our new construction house. All of the employees were quick to respond to any questions and they always showed up when they said they would. We are very happy with them and the after care is amazing too. We had something factory malfunction with the furnace and they quickly fixed it and made us feel like a priority. Great company! Bob and his team are wonderful.

Andy actually advised us against getting a heat pump. He told us that it is mainly a political agenda, that they end up costing more money, and hardly anyone gets them on Vancouver island. He told us that heat pumps are noisy and that the heat wave is unlikely to happen again, that gas prices are only high because of the current prime minister, and likely to go back down when the government changes. Andy stayed an hour and a half to explain all the reasons why a heat pump or even a new high efficiency furnace wasn't needed and saved me about $20, 000, and possibly people in our strata even more, considering we were looking at getting multiple houses done.
