Coco has the best pearls out of any bubble tea shop in the lower mainland. Heres why:They have the perfect consistency of being firm but not hard. Not soft, chewy, and sticky like many other bubble tea shops. They absorb the flavour of the drink. They don’t have that weird gooey outer layer that many pearls have. Yes, they don’t have brown sugar like xing fu tang but that’s a different kind of pearl, we’re not comparing apples to oranges here.As for the drinks themselves:Some of the drinks are good too but nothing too special

They have a good selection of boba, and the staff is nice and attentive. However, they still have no seating inside. There's no COVID restrictions anymore and they still don't allow seating inside? Crazy.

The best bubble tea franchise! All the stores a consistent in the product they serve, cleanliness of the stores and pleasant customer service. Mango green tea w/ coconut jelly for me :) So refreshing!

This has been my go to work from home treat during stressful long work days at the desk. Usually order some for my family to try too. I mostly order via Uber Eats but the experience has been consistently the same in person for take out too. Note the parking lot is often jam packed. You are better off parking nearby and walking.Love the roasted milk tea with pearls or the standard milk tea with pearls (simple but classic). The bubble gaga is also a hit. Wasn’t super impressed with the mango slush but that’s a personal preference nothing wrong with the drink flat out.

May 10, 2021 update - I'm updating my review from 2 to 5 stars. I was very impressed with how Coco handled my feedback below. They were receptive to my review and took action to speak to their staff. I've been back twice since and have been greeted by friendly staff.***Bubble tea is great. No arguments there. Roasted milk tea and Jasmine milk tea are my favorites - very flavorful. But the customer service is not up to par with other bbt places.I've been to this Coco location several times and the customer service has been okay. Not the warmest welcome, but hey, its bubble tea, not fine dining. But at my last visit (April 25, 2021), the guy behind the counter was just rude. He huffed and rolled his eyes when I checked my phone for my full order (no other customers were in line and it only took about 20seconds to double check), he didn't repeat my order before I paid, and when I pointed out a mistake on my order (ordered 3 drinks, 1 cold and 2 hot), he didn't say anything, rolled his eyes and spoke to the lady making the drinks. He then walked to the back with another coworker and was out of sight while I waited for the lady to fix my drink.I may avoid coming to this location and go to the Coco on lougheed near Brentwood instead.Also, my hot drinks had the sealed plastic on them instead of hot beverage lids like other places. Thought it was weird to use sealed plastic on a hot drink. It could easily break because of the built up pressure whereas removable lids have small vents for this.

Great place! Lots of others including myself are so excited for a coco to finally open up here.The staff are SUPER friendly, the washrooms are so cool, and venue is clean and tidy. Too bad the customers aren’t as friendly as the staff though.The price is actually really good. It definitely beats nearby bubble tea places like Shiny Tea, Share Tea and Bubble World. Plus, all the ingredients are actually real.Ever since their launch, Coco has failed to disappoint me (except when they're closed). If you're looking for a bubble tea joint, I highly recommend Coco.

Clean and light floor. Dinning area with tables, chairs, and music provided. Drink (tea) taste not bad. Serve speed is pretty fast. Employees are nice and friendly. Public washrooms available (pretty clean). Free parking lot available, but very limited. Couple dinning options available at the same plaza. Skytrain station, small shops, and other shopping plazas are nearby.

Solid 4 of a bubble tea. Not too sweet, good size, decent price, just a bit too milky. No seating area, but there is a small area to stand around and have your bubble tea supported by a table. Plaza is small so there is limited parking. Order and service was quick.

Somehow , second time I ask for no ice and there is still ice in my drink. I don’t come here often either which is weird why they made the same mistake twice. I wouldn’t care so much about the ice but if I’m getting the drink with cream on top - the ice gets in the way of me enjoying that.

I spent $7.10 just for the 2% milk and tapioca? Where is the fresh taro?
