Paul is an amazing piano tech and was super knowledgeable on my 1896 Heintzman upright piano. The instrument hadn’t received any maintenance for almost 50 years and he somehow brought it back to life. My family is very excited to all learn to play now that it sounds like a real instrument again and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul was extremely friendly and very professional. He took time to explain a lot about the piano and today was super cool to get to learn something new. Thank you so much Paul!
