Regularly shop at the Premium Outlets. Was nice to see this iconic Canadian brand as a new addition to the malls expansion. The LARGE box of Imperfects for $10 is a steal! The staff is super friendly! I recommend the Blueberry Soft Ice Cream!

What an amazing experience! Popped in while out shopping to get ice cream with my children. The man working was so welcoming and friendly to everyone (I think he is the manager). Great selection of products and the ice cream is to die for!100x would go back to this location for the atmosphere and friendly staff!

Bought French crisp ice cream with waffle cone. Ice cream is really good but the waffle is stale and old one. It destroyed the taste of ice cream.

I've been coming to Laura Secord to get chocolates for a long time. This visit was to get milkshakes.Great tasting desserts, ice cream and milkshakes! The taste is always consistent. The service is great. Occasionally they do run low on ice cream flavors or items.Excellent place to get holiday gifts!

I love this ice cream shop. I usually get my favourite flavour blended into a milkshake and it is really good. There is also gift baskets and boxes if you want to gift it. This location is very organized and I recommend this place to everyone!

employees are inconsistent with the ice cream scoops. Also on multiple occasions i have purchased the 365g ice cream containers half empty (not consistent with scoops) and I have not seen the employees weigh it.

Ordered a Regular/Medium sized and mostly got a small scoop of ice cream. Extremely disappointed and to top it, got my lip cut on their bad quality plastic spoon. I guess they prefer people don’t return to the store.
