Working with Clayton was easy and painlessHe showed up at my place on time and had his test gear set up in a few minuets . After the test he reviewed the results with me explained my options and made recommendations .I chose a device that Clayton didn't think was the best choice but left it up to me .After wearing the new hearing aid for a couple of weeks it was clear the expert was right and Clayton swapped out my choice for the one he recommended and have been happy ever since .

For a while now, I had a feeling that I was losing some hearing capacity. I reached out to Clayton at Treat Your Hearing and he came to my house to proceed with the assessment (on a Saturday!). The process was smooth and painless. Clayton clearly explained to me the results and why I was having some hearing difficulties and the potential solution to mitigate the inconvenience. I loved this place for my ear wax removal. It started off great with the admin staff being fast at responding! Thank you Laura and Dr. Clayton was really helpful. He explained everything and let me see the progress and did a great job! I will 100 percent be going back there when I need it done. The hours suits my work schedule too! Happy I found this place! Clayton diagnosed me with a sudden loss of sensory hearing and rushed me back to my MD on a late Friday afternoon to get started on immediate treatment and suggested to to see an ENT Doctor at the Ottawa Hospital that I had to be referred to by my MD. Following his advice I got back to 95% of my hearing after losing ~ 45% percent on one of my ears. Thank you!

I have always suspected a problem with the hearing in my left ear. Not sure why I took so long to get it tested but I'm glad I did.The test was super interesting and informative. It turned out what I suspected was true and now I have options for treatment regarding my hearing.Clayton was super knowledge and explained everything regarding the test to make me feel comfortable and informed.I now have a plan and options that I can try!
