Just watched an employee finish eating his meal, wipe his mouth with a napkin, then walk straight over to the wok to start cooking my meal without hand washing. Luckily I hadn’t yet paid and walked out. Guess I don’t eat here anymore.

Awful location. Ordered menu number 8 vegan and they made with beef. Guy at cash with hat seemed lost and shouldn’t be working there. Dangerous to serve meat when asked for vegetarian.

The South Edmonton Common location of Thai Express is a pretty decent place. Their service is quick, the food is really good (especially when it's freshly cooked and still hot), and the place is tidy. The employees are also very approachable and friendly. We have been to this location a couple of times and every visit has the same overall experience.

Here is an why you deserve 1 star....we ordered a piece of your chocolate banana cake, and I didn't know if I should laugh or get mad when I saw the size of this....6$ for this??? I don't care what it tastes like, it's a total ripoff not to mention your webpages make it look like the size of a standard pad Thai box...this is inexcusable.

This store has been open for 7 years, but every time I visit the store, the taste and quality of the food is always amazing! Whenbee I crave for Tom Yum or Pad Thai, I always come here! It is an amazing store! Amazing staff too! Making you feel welcomed every time!

I ordered a vegetarian plate. The sauce tasted like they burned it and the tofu tasted like propane. I rarely leave poor reviews or throw away my entire plate... Now I have the taste of propane in my mouth.

Idk what happened this place all of a sudden took such a dip in quality. The pad Thai is either uncooked and raw or soaking and drenched in a pool of sauce. This seems to be the case when the old cook is making the food. Very disappointing as I loved coming to this location as every location differs in quality of food now this one is at the absolute bottom. Southgate location seems to be the best option
