The Party Centre

I am extremely pleased with my experience renting from the Party Centre for my wedding event this past weekend. Not only did they answer all of my questions in a timely manner and address any concerns over the several months leading up to my event, they delivered and set up the tent (and other items) on my property in a respectful, efficient manner. They made sure I was properly equipped with lights to allow my event continue into the evening; they also explained how to work all the drapes and fixtures so I wouldn't run into any issues later on. Their prices are fair, customer service was excellent, and the process was smooth and surprisingly very easy from start to finish. I would definitely look into them again for any rentals I may need in the future - I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Used the party centre for a large order for my wedding. Customer service was polite and responsive and set up staff were quick and provided great tips and advice on equipment. Would recommend!

From start to finish customer service was exceptional! Great customer service, friendly, prompt, professional staff. It was a convenient one stop shop. I will definitely recommend and use their services again.

I’ve rented from the party centre three times over the past 2-3 years. Two times for a wedding via delivery and once for my grandmother’s birthday last week via pick-up. Delivery is always on time and the service is great. I took off one star because pick up was a bit harder as the person in the back doesn’t load your vehicle for you and you have to do it yourself. Luckily I brought someone with me to help, although, I thought there would have been someone to load and offload for me. The customer service staff in the front are super friendly and always willing to help and give suggestions if needed. Overall I would continue to use the party centre for my renting needs and I would highly recommend them.

I rented some chairs for a small gathering I had. Very good pricing for the time rented. I would've expected a bit more help from the backroom staff. I had to unload the chairs from my vehicle onto the dock and then someone assisted afterwards. The front staff wasn't customer friendly. I was inquiring about their decorative setup and other thing's they offer but the front girl was just giving yes or no answers. Not trying to meet my needs. She gave the bare minimal customer service approach. For pricing I would definitely recommend this place although the front staff needs to be coached on their customer service.

We rented the Tent, the chairs and other equipment from the Party Centre and we found the staff very helpful and open to our suggestions. They were able to understand our needs and were able to accommodate us. It was an engagement party hence every thing was delivered on time and set up was excellent. The workers were very friendly and explained every thing to us properly. I will certainly use their services again and also would recommend to other friends too. Keep up the good work folks!

I had the worst experience with them when it came to renting tables and chairs for a party. Their communication is very bad- their website says they will respond in 4 hours but they take more than 24 hours. I called them and did not get a proper response except for “wait for the email”, which took 24 hours to come. They told me the night before my event that they don’t have enough tables and chairs that they had previously committed. Their excuse was that I had not provided credit card details, although they had not told me what information they needed to confirm my order. All of these minor things took about a week. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Was happy with the service. Very fast and organized. We rented few tables and multiple chairs for a house party.The tables are cheap and not good looking, but if you order white table cloths from them it will look very festive. That’s what we did and tables with the white cloths and white chairs looked very nice and we could accommodate our guests.Will definitely keep this place in mind if I have an event and need some extra furniture.Thank you

Recently rented all the supplies needed for my Sister-in-Law's baby shower. The Party Center was the only place around that had ALL the colors and options that I wanted to set up the venue beautifully. They are well stocked, you can get almost everything you need here. The personal service was excellent, the gentleman made a few very valuable suggestions to help me pull it all together when I placed the order. When I came to pick up, the items were clean, wrapped and ready to go on time and they loaded it up for me. Drop off was easy and convenient. Great service, great products, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for all your party needs!

We worked with the Party Centre for our wedding and they were incredibly supportive and helpful. They provided a fully furnished tent and all of the equipment we needed including: tables, chairs, flooring, decor features and a stage. They also provided heaters as we had our wedding event during a chilly week in October. The weather preceding the event was rainy and blustery, but the Party Centre staff were incredible. They were able to sort everything out for us even though the weather hindered our schedule. My new husband and I would recommend their services to anyone who is planning a special event!
