Today was the worst delivery of all. Other times they would be ringing my neighbours doorbell, they would be later then what was promised but today ... the bag was all torn up, the box was open, the soda bottle was on the burger, the fries were lukewarm, the burger was totally cold.When I refused the order the delivery person complained that it would come out of his pocket and was assuring me they just picked up the order(which was impossible looking at the bag and the condition of the food).If the restaurant gave the delivery person the order that way, he should have refused it. What I believe happened is the delivery person dropped the order, because it was out of the plastic bag and he didn’t even take the time to fix the order. Who knows, maybe it was all over the car floor.When I called the office, the person on the phone didn’t even apologize nor did he offer to replace or give it to me for free. I had to tell him. À la carte express, i will never order from you again. And will tell all I know what happened and urge them not to do business with you. If this is the way you treat your clients (with incompetent delivery people) you are not worth my money.A very unhappy now ex client.

Commande annulée sans aucun préavis, sans appel, et la personne au téléphone me ment en insistant que c'est moi qui ai manqué l'appel ou qui ai ignoré le courriel d'annulation (jamais reçu, mais TROIS courriels de confirmation reçus). Service à éviter à tout prix, la personne m'insultait au téléphone tout en mentant et en m'insultant.

J'ai pris le gros déjeuner. J'avais faim! Quantité ne veux pas dire qualité! Sérieusement, le pancake est limite mangeable (moins bon que des Ant Jemima). Le jambon baigné dans une sauce trop salé, les beans au tomate beurk, saucisse correct, bon bacon, les œufs brouillé goûte les oeufs en paquets des buffets d'hôtels cheap.Et on est au Québec.. peut ton avoir du vrai sirop d'érables sti..!

The delivery was so so so so slow 1h15 minutes, for sushi located less than a kilometer from my house and the driver didn't follow instruction
