It's solid, I got a 3 peice suit here, the customer service was excellent, they measured me up to find the right size and even color matched what I was looking for.

Poor selection, bad service, and the store is falling apart. Their change rooms are acting as storage closets. Go somewhere else.

Brides and Grooms I would 100% NOT recommend this place. We had the worst experience for our wedding. This location is impossible to get ahold of on the phone. We live an hour and a half outside of the city so just dropping by wasn't an option for us. We ended up having to call the Polo Park location to get help, and even they said that the Kenaston location doesn't answer their phone. They never called us when the groomsmen shirts came in, we ended up having to contact TipTop Tailors head office email, and they had to email this location to get them to contact us. My husband went in to pick up his suit and shirt, as well as another groomsman's suit and shirt. I am happy I checked when he got back as the shirts given to them were different brands and materials, meaning we had to make another trip in. We didn't get any apologies or extra assistance. The whole ordeal was super painful, and I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

I was told by the salesman the store was restocking items. The suit 52 size would be no problem just give them 2 days to find the various items they had to offer me well 2 days later the salesman didn't remember me and had only 1 suit n pant size which didn't fit. I have only 1 week for a wedding I was upset by the decit saying there would be no problem with my size cause the salesman father was a size larger than me. I lost 2 days of searching for my suit now I have to drive from Oshawa to Ajax to George Richard's to finally find my suit size a relief off my mind.

The worse customer service experience ever!We went there and bought a $400 DKNY suit then we went for alterations and was met by this insensitive and rude lady named Ann which unfortunately is the manager. She was acting like she didn’t want us there, we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. She did not take our name or number but we waited there long enough, we even went to the counter and she did nothing. She gave us the bag and hanger and said nothing. We are sure she saw us leaving the premise but said nothing. We followed up after two weeks but unfortunately the suit was not altered but instead of reaching out to apologize she kept putting the blame on us and kept insisting that we should have paid first, but there was nothing done to inform us in the first place. Nevertheless, in spite of that, we are glad that they did not proceed with the alteration, we went to another place and found out that the measurements were off. Ann “the manager” was the one who took all the measurement. Furthermore there was no need to pay upfront where we took this suit for alteration and in-fact we got it on the same day. We put this review not to shame the person or the business but we just don't want this incident to happen to others again and hoping that there will be changes in the future.

Worst Experience I have ever had .Went here for a wedding package ,not only did they not properly mark down what we wanted in the wedding book for the groomsmen to go and get what they needed , there was no record of what we wanted .They then ordered the complete wrong suit for one groomsmen after he paid they just deleted his order because it wasn’t in stock , got fixed and then he was supposed to pick up his altered suit on Saturday, he arrived today to it still being in the box untouched , the wedding is in 4 days

I had a wonderful time buying a suit, very nice suit, Hasan and Nikki were very professional, very nice, and most caring employees I ever met. 10 out of 10 rating. I would recommend to any of my family members looking to buy a suit.

Not sure what the lady’s name was, but she was extremely patient, very helpful and super kind!

My fiancé and his groomsmen went to tip top tailors in Oshawa. The salesperson was very distracted, helping other customers (which I understand). It took them 2 hours to finally fit my fiancé, and another hour and a half to fit the rest of the groomsmen (3 people). When they went to check out the salesman decided to try to find everything they could at the store, after being offered to order everything in new. It took them 20 minutes to find 2 things and insisted they couldn’t order in what they had. My fiancé and the groomsmen walked out with their sizing. They will find something else. Very unimpressed after spending almost 4 hours total all they got was their sizing. Would not recommend
