Terrible experience! I had booked a deep clean. The person arrived 2 hours late and did a shoddy job of cleaning. It was NOT worthy of being called a regular clean, leave alone a deep clean! The person had zero attention to detail and a lot of things were missed. On contacting the company with a few photos and areas left uncleaned, they sent the same person back after 2 days to rectify" it. The rectification was a joke. She only wanted to address the issues highlighted in the mail

The cleaner showed up on time and did a very nice job but kept using her mobile. Overall it was a good experience but heads up they are costly for no reason.

Very unprofessional and terrible cleaning company. I booked a move in/out service with this company based on the good google reviews, but I had a very different experience. Unable to get through the phone and extremely slow to get an email response. After they completed this move in/out service and charged me full amount, I walked into super sticky floor and found the kitchen and cabinets to be untounched and uncleaned. Attached are just a couple of pictures after the cleaning. It is a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Can't rely on this company. Would not recommend to others.

I don't usually write reviews but I wish I could give negative stars! I paid $350 for a half done job!! Please save your hard-earned money and find another cleaning company. Please do yourself a favour and read the full review carefully so as to understand what you may be getting yourself into. These guys ripped me off by doing a partial job for the full amount. It was an extremely disappointing experience dealing with them.Let's be honest, we hire expensive cleaning services for a house and don't do it ourselves for very specific reasons. I needed the house cleaned before a certain date without fail and hence booked a cleaning service for my house from TopDog (more like ScamDogs) for a day prior to the deadline. Exactly on the scheduled date and time, the cleaner called me and said that because her partner has fallen sick, the cleaning cannot be done on the scheduled date. It was putting me in a very difficult situation as I needed the cleaning done on that date. However, we cam to an agreement that they will do their job the next day, which was the day I needed the house cleaned by. I was okay giving them a deadline of 3pm. Now hear this, next morning, the cleaning lady shows up ALONE, again without her partner, and she shows up later than the scheduled time. She starts cleaning the house without her partner. Given the cleaning requirement (which I clearly mentioned while booking online along with details about the house as the online form requested), it was obvious that the lady vouldn't do everything by herself by 3pm and hence I accepted to extend the deadline to 5pm.The lady kept cleaning, and she surely worked very hard, but exactly at 5pm, she just left the house and went to the driveway and she said to my roommate (as I wasnt home) that it's 5pm and this is all she could do. There were so many areas listed in the cleaning requirements that were left undone. I spoke to the company and they said that the cleaner is tired and she cant do it anymore. I was in a panic situation at that point as the very reason I hired this service for and paid $350, I still didnt get the job done as the company was so careless to have a single cleaning lady clean the house for all those hours and then not even apologize for the inconvenience they caused. They did not even agree to give me a refund at first. But then they offered a refund of $60 which was clearly not sufficient for the job that they'd left undone. They were supposed to clean the fridge as a major requirement, as well as the laundry area and some others. I asked that they refunded me more. The customer aervice lady on the phone started to argue with me saying that it was a lot of work ? I don't understand why they'd accept a payment of $350 with all the details about the house and then leave the job half finished saying that it was a lot of work? Why did they even accept the job in the first place then. The lady finally said that she'd talk to her partner about refund and get back to me the next week. And guess what? They never got back to me, and I keep calling them but they don't even answer my calls. I didn't even get a dollar refund for the whole experience.I sincerely request people to carefully consider this review before wasting your hard earned money on a reckless company like TopDog.

Cleaner was very pleasant and showed up as scheduled. In hindsight I would order a deep clean the next time and specify certain areas of concern for me, as I think my expectation was a bit too high for the service that I ordered.

My first time with a cleaning company and I must say that I was very impressed! Chelsea did such a great job cleaning our entire home with good attention to detail and even organized some of the clutter we had all around! The vacuuming made the carpet look so fresh and new! Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

I honestly can't believe this company is so highly rated. We hired Top Dog Cleaning for a bi-weekly clean of our home. They were no show no call half the time and when they did come, the cleaning was subpar. Still, because of the tough time businesses face, we gave them plenty of chances over the five months we put up with it. We even reached out with potential solutions, like changing our day of the week to one less in demand. Our main request was to be notified if the team couldn't make it so that we knew not to wait for them and that we wouldn't have to reach out for a refund (they automatically charge credit cards ahead of the cleaning). When the cleaning was incomplete, we were not credited for what wasn't done. In the end, we gave up and went with another company that is actually reliable and does proper cleans. I would advise against going with Top Dog, there are better options out there.
