I absolutely loved my experience here at the Richmond hill courthouse. First of all, the customer service rep is always helpful and the kiosk workers are polite and courteous for the most part. But I have to say that the real reason I absolutely loved my last visit there is because I had a 4 point ticket that I was going to fight. My agent stiffed me by not showing up but I met 2 great ticket fighters named Brent and Steve, they gave me some free advice, but my cop didn't show up so ticket dismissed!

The black lady at the counter has no patience at all. It's the first time get traffic ticket for us and we have no idea what to do. So I asked do I need to book an appointment to go to the court? And then she became so rude to me. She said I don't understand! You can't book an appointment to go to the court, they will confirm a date and mail to you!Okay, I get it, but can you talk nicely? You get paid to do this job. There are so many new immigrants come in every year, they pay the taxes too. It's so normal don't know how to deal with the first traffic ticket!

Prosecutor Con, room R3, listen only himself. Honestly, it is better to communicate with a robot. I sent the email to his Team Lead, Bendick. He did not EVEN reply to me. I am a Tax Payer.City workers should serve us, correct? Why not to replace them with machines?

This used to be a municipal office. Ever since municipal offences became handled at the PROVINCIAL level, the entire system has become shockingly slow. I'm disappointed with this beaucratic, dysfunctional turn of tide. They close way too early and are closed on civic holidays including irrelevant made up ones, and weekends. Don't expect productivity here, that's not what this building represents

My experience was trying to pay a provincial offence ticket at a Provincial Offence Court center.I had to call-in to get an appointment, fill-in the covid screening form, and pass thru the self-serve Kiosk desk (with help of security prompting me what to do) to get waiting number, I was the only one there as soon as I stepped in so the next number was me.In& out today in 5mins. This was blissful experience. Don't let google fool you into thinking that this service desk is closed on Thurs. Call-in and ask, you might have to wait on phone for someone to answer.Compared to the earlier experience trying to pay online but online service down and ticket# not found. To also discovering that due to covid, for any Provincial Offence Court Locations in Toronto city you also have to contact them to book and get an appt, but they don't schedule you one for 1-2 weeks just to pay a ticket. Then trying to pay over phone, waiting on phone for 15mins, to discover the person on the other side just seemed to disappear or disconnected......Drive out to Richmond Hill was worth it.Done & paid.

I came this location a number of times. And this time I came for a traffic violation dispute. I found that the prosecutors at this location look down on people in general. Funny one prosecutor changed his tone when I disclosed my P.Eng. license and other credentials. Another time a female prosecutor asked to seek a qualified legal professional to challenge her logic, and I didn't bother to disclose my background that time. Seems like these highly educated people do not respect the lady justice at all. These prosecutors literally judge a book by its cover. Well done!

Today I went to the court service, it was completely opposite of what I read here. There was one lady, extremely welcoming and caring. She explained everything to me clearly and helped me on the process. It was my first time. Great experience.

The lady to book appointment is so rude and no patience. She asked my name and email address with rude tone and no confirmation email coming in. I came to the court on time and the security guy said they don't have any of my information in system. Please remember, your wage comes from our tax payers. We don't want you treat us as god, but don't do things so disgusting.
