This hotel is very deceiving if you go by the pictures on the website..looks like a very nice hotel on their site but in actuality it is very rundown...sketchy...dated...more like a 2 star motel inside and out...window locks were broken...inside door lock broken....shower very slow drain so in standing water when showering..sink same...took forever to drain..and room didn't feel clean...also ceiling in lobby had big chunk out of it like there was water damage at some point..there is no elevator so be prepared for hauling luggage up outside stairs....if I hadn't booked ahead I would have travelled further down the road to a much better hotel...

No Air Conditioner for the 2 days We stayed. It was terrible. It rained the first night, so very hot & humid. I called the second night. They didn't fix the air conditioner, just brought a fan in. Ant problem in the bathroom. When checking out I told the front desk lady & she said management would call. Still haven't heard from anyone.

We stayed here one night. The staff were amazing! Very pleasant and accommodating. They went out of their way to give us breakfast when it was over. We got travel mugs for our journey. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Technology friendly with USB chargers on both light fixtures at the bedside. The fridge is a good size and there was a high quality Samsung TV. The bed was very comfortable with a cozy duvet. There was also a comfortable couch with a hideabed. There was also a handy outdoor outlet for your vehicle. Would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay.Doreen G.

Great place to stay. My only complaint is the room was too warm.

Was a very spacious space , clean, comfy, it's an older motel and a bit dated but still very functional, small issues but the manager and front desk were extremely accomadating to our issues. I would not hesitate to stay there again .

We had a good stay here. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. Older building, but despite being worn it was well looked after, as were we. Great service. All outdoor passageways and parking lot were cleared of snow & ice. We enjoyed the use of our kitchenette, and it has decaf coffee which was a bonus for me. Initially the sink didn't have a plug, but the staff brought one ASAP. The breakfast was nice. A variety of waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, with various condiments including cream cheese, & jam, and various drink options including coffee, tea, milk, & hot chocolate.I would come back here to stay again.

This is an older hotel so if you are looking for fancy move along.If, however, you want a very reasonable rate, clean, comfortable, and pet friendly rooms this is a no brainer choice.We will be back.

My stay was a lot better than I had expected. Staff was amazing, and very welcoming. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and I came back to a excellent condition re-done room every day. Would highly recommend.

Staying here was a good experience. We were stuck staying in Stettler because all the rooms in Drumheller were taken. The hotel is not brand new, but was in decent shape and well managed. All staff treated us very well and were pleasant to deal with. I normally add photos to these reviews but my phone camera isn't working.

I got charged for a TV that was already broken in my room. I got there at 9pm grabbed some food and when I turned on the TV it was showing a damaged screen. I had to get up at 530 for work so figured I'd talk to them the next evening. The next day I get a call from the hotel telling me they would charge me for the TV that they said I broke! The manager refused to listen to me when I said it was broken. By far the worst hotel experience of my life!
