I used to order the taco salad in ottawa all the time and it was amazing. I just ordered it today and it came with barely any chili at all, no sour cream, no salsa yet they put the chips in the bag, no fork yet they gave me a knife.... no impressed. this location is constantly forgetting things weather it be fries or you have to ask them for the drink while they stare at you expecting you to leave. not impressed at all

UPDATE- Manager contacted me and fixed the issue. Super professional. Everyone makes mistakes, If your order has a mistake contact them and they will fix it! Ashley props to you.Hello, I recently went to a Wendy's and ordered separate meals. I only got 1 receipt. Unfortunately the meal I had an issue with I didnt get a receipt for.1. When I received my meal, the fries were insufficient. I feel like I received half of the amount I paid for. They were also cold.2. When I bite into my chicken burger it seemed to be slightly uncooked in the middle.3. Upon ordering my food. I felt rushed because the person taking my order constantly kept asking me if i needed help ordering anything, I didnt need help I knew what I wanted.4. When I got my food the manager basically shoved the food into my hands and didnt even say anything remotely courteous.

They should take potatoes off the menu, cause they never have them. When it's 45 mins BEFORE supper hours, you should start making sure you are prepared people will WANT potatoes. The fries are absolutely disgusting. Refried, sour, hard and all ends. Eat there twice a year, always hoping it's changed....Think I'll just stop going altogether. Increase in price = decrease in quality, quantity and service.

Great Place To Stop In Grab A Burger and Fries. I'm A Fan Of The Baconator Personally. The Dining Room Was Clean Swept Mopped And Tidy. The Bathroom Was Clean And Tidy

Always had smooth service at this Wendy's and their burgers are awesome. Nothing like a hot meaty baconator melting in your mouth. Glad we have this Wendy's out here in this remote small town.

Staff are always joking around with each other and seem happy working there. Makes a nice environment. Staff is friendly and helpful about menu items.Food is always fast and put together well. Clean bathrooms.
