Great looking quality products with customer service to back them up! For our kitchen renovation we looked long and hard for a faucet that was not simply some thin plated material and was actually solid and felt good in the hand. We arrived at Vogt and chose the Dornbirn faucet in a black/stainless finish. The spray head is solid and feels like you are getting something for your money, the finish is fantastic, and it just looks right.We did have one minor issue with the spray/stream mode on the spray head, and this is where the service comes in, my experience I'd describe as impeccable. Zero hassles, prompt and friendly service from Shannon at Vogt. Less than a day and a replacement spray head is shipping to us.If you want a good product, with people that do live up to their promise of standing behind it, then look no further.We are very happy that we've chosen Vogt, for the product, service, and also Canadian base.

We were convinced to buy Vogt for both a bathroom shower system & sink faucet by our bathroom reno retailer, stating that they were of better quality than the leading competitors we had been looking at. We're so glad we followed their advice! The quality is indeed high. Our plumber validated that by commenting upon installation that this was a really good quality system - no contractor does that and especially without prompting! We've been super happy with the outcome. We also recently had a problem that we created with a shower tap and Vogt's customer service was stellar - they were prompt, actually addressed our questions (no bot service nor pre-approved transcript, rather real humans!), and went above/beyond by providing walk-through custom videos on how we recalibrate our temperature tap. Excellent customer service, high quality items, and all Canadian (they're in Mississauga). Doesn't get better than that.

Superb customer service! I contacted Vogt Parts about problems with one handle on a 3 year-old faucet set. The agent very quickly assessed the problem; suggested all of the parts that MIGHT be required; and I received them by courier, 24 hours later. All at no charge. Thank you!

I purchased a very modern large sink and faucet for my new kitchen 6 years ago and the quality is outstanding without an issue. The faucet once came loose due to wrong installation by my contractor however the service department still came out timely to ensure all was installed properly. Customer service is number 1 and I’ll definitely be using this brand again for my bathroom reno. Special thanks to Shannon for helping me to get a new sink drain since I misplaced the one I had. Customer service is NOT dead.My wife and I recently purchased a Vogt shower system for our custom built home. We absolutely love the look and feel of the Vogt system however after a few months noticed some slight discoloration on the hand wand. Given past experiences with other companies I thought for sure it would be a long drawn out process trying to get the part replaced however it was quite the opposite. The Vogt customer service team responded to my initial inquiry within one hour and three hours had not passed when I was notified that the replacement part was being shipped.I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service provided by Vogt. Keep up the good work. Definitely a customer for life!

A few months back my fiancé and I visited a Home Show in Toronto and while there we saw the beautiful Vogt products. As we just started a whole home renovation, we decided to go with the Vogt Drava and we purchased two Gold/Black kitchen faucets, one for the island sink (DX13 version) and a bigger one (DX16) for the main apron sink.After two months we finally got to the point where the new kitchen started to shape up and after getting the new counters we decided to install the two faucets.WOW! What an amazing statement they are for our new kitchen!The contractor installed them both and while the island one did not have any issue, the DX16 showed signs of malfunctioning, with the water barely making it through the faucet, although the water pressure without a faucet was impeccable.The installer checked everything he thought it could be an issue and found nothing visible that would affect the normal functionality.So, we turned around to the vendor of this faucet and asked for help.The vendor responded immediately saying they will get in touch with Vogt and get back to us.Having nothing to lose and actually not having high expectations, I e-mailed Vogt about our issue, and supplied photos and video of the product and its behavior.I was so pleasantly surprised when Shannon Woo, one of Vogt's Customer Success/Product Specialist responded within hours with a check list and provided clear instructions as of what the issue could be and possible remediation and I passed it on to my installer. Once again, the installer did not see anything wrong and believed it was something in the ceramic cartridge inside the body of this beautiful faucet.Shannon was extremely patient and as I offered even to drive there to have the product looked at and possibly exchanged for a new one, he said they will have a new faucet available for us the next day.My fiancé went there and met with Shannon who exchanged the body of the faucet and all the hoses to new ones.What we also found out was a lot of wood chips/wet wood dust that most likely got in the flow restrictor and head during the installation.Extremely detailed, Shannon showed us the blockage and cleared the faucet head from the debris and tested everything before he handed it back to us. Not once did he say that it was our fault. He was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process.I absolutely love a company that stands behind their products and try everything in their powers to have a happy and satisfied customer.We are very happy that we chose Vogt products for our kitchen and I can tell everyone interested to know that these faucets are a true statement in our house and will be one of the first things that our guests will compliment us about.I cannot thank enough Shannon and through him, VOGT, for their attention to detail and customer care.Two days ago we were sad that our kitchen was limping". Now we are very happy and ecstatic and cannot wait to have the faucet installed again (this time around making sure no dust of any kind gets inhaled in the body of the appliance).Once again

Love the look of our Drava 3-way thermostat. Ran into one small issue after a year, and Shannon was fantastic in helping to resolve it. Great design, better service. Will absolutely use again in our next bathroom.

I have a stunning Vogt faucet and drinking water faucet, I had an issue with our regular faucet and was helped by an amazing member of the customer service team! They sent me everything I needed, and within 30 mins (responded first thing in the morning) and sent everything over to me. This has been the best experience and will be the reason I absolutely buy Vogt again!

When I contacted Vogt about my strainer/ plug for my kitchen sinks no longer holding water. Customer service was amazing. They got back to me right away and replaced them free of charge. Would highly recommend this company.

I am blown away by the service. I have this product everywhere in my bathrooms and kitchen. I had a concern with my kitchen tap and when I reached out and sent pics, no questions asked… there’s a new one on its way. Unbelievable. The product is costly but worth it for this service. Well done.
