Went there today for a common snowblower cable. Parts person said they didn't have any and they were on backorder until March 22nd. Since I have bought a chainsaw, lawnmower and my snowblower from them I figured I'd ask to have the cable taken off a crated snowblower. The answer was a hard no and I was told to check Amazon. I bought locally to avoid Amazon and support local businesses. I went to a well known small engine place in Sudbury and the parts lady didn't even have to look up the part number. She went in back and came out with the cable that I needed. No more Husqvarna for this guy!

Travis and staff were above excellent. They went to town for me when my snow blower died (under warranty...thankfully) to get the part I needed sent over from the US and fixed. 3 weeks turn-a-round which in todays' COVID world is decent. Travis and his crew are super friendly, courteous and helpful. Mike

Have to call my self out when I'm wrong. And this time I'm wrong these guys are great fixed the saw was simply my fault for not cleaning it right. The boss man him self took me to the back and showed me what I had to do to not get it gummed up. And other helpful tips didn't try to charge me offered to pay him and he didn't want it. Good shop and good guys. Thanks

I have nothing but good things to say really.The service is great and the work is great and we have had nothing but good experiences from here.There can be a wait for repairs at times but that's understandable because they are very busy (servicing many items for a large area).The service feels personalized and they will talk with you and walk you through the work they did.The prices feel fair and reasonable.

These folks have amazing customer service, the kind you don't find that much of these days. I highly recommend them. I was having issues with my riding mower, brought it to them, was fixed, worked great a couple of times then wouldn't start. I called them up, that same day one of their mechanics drove over 40km out to my house with a trailer to pick it up, after looking at he was able to fix it on the spot, he brought tools and parts with him. They did all that and didn't charge me a thing!!. Great company, great people.
