tripcentral.ca Sudbury is Temporarily Closed

My family has booked every trip we have been on (usually 1 per year) with Laura at trip central Sudbury location. She has never let us down. We've truly enjoyed everywhere she had recommended. Everything is always in order. All we do is print our e docs and off we go. We would not book with anyone else. In 2 weeks my family of 5 are off on a Norwegian cruise. Can't wait. Thanks Laura

Carol was a god sent. When planning our wedding in Mexico she organised 20 people (who are the most unorganized bunch) as well as got me in touch with the resort to plan the wedding. I could not have asked for better customer service.

I have nothing but praise for Carole Williams at Trip Central in Sudbury. I had just walked in to their office on a Saturday afternoon to possibly book a vacation to somewhere hot. Carol put a lot of work into finding us the perfect place in Jamaica with all connecting flights to Sudbury for a fantastic deal....and all for last minute. My spouse, two small children and I went into the Sudbury Center Trip Central location on a Saturday and spoke with Lynne Dixon and looked up a cruise we were very interested in booking. She said she'd email us two simple questions we needed an answer too. My spouse put in a leave pass to get the dates off for the cruise through his work (military leave permission is required first) and we never received an email or call. Thankfully we had a printout of the quote/price and when we called Trip Central (not the Sudbury location) we got a better deal plus an onboard credit through another agent who was located in southern Ontario. The agent who we called also said there was no follow up from Lynne as she saw on our file. I will never go to Trip Central in Sudbury Center Mall. I've heard great things about Carol on the other hand. Don't book with Lynne Dixon. She obviously didn't want to do her job or take us seriously. (We told her we cruised a few times before and with a baby, but not two children so we were serious about booking this specific cruise we wanted to book) One star for Lynne's service at Sudbury Mall.

Linda Lavoie is amazing. Shes helped us book two upcoming trips now. Very knowledgable and efficient. She got us the best deals for both trips! She has gone above and beyond to ensure our trips will be great ones. I will continue to book with her in the future! I also recommend trip central ten times over. This is the 6th trip booking with the company and never any problems!!

Carole was an absolute pleasure to work with while I planned my trip to Mexico. She was very accommodating and not shy to provide excellent input on the resorts we were selecting. She had no problem pricing several resorts (at least 10) leaving from two locations in Canada. I received my quotes fast and she is always quick to answer my questions. Thanks Carole! I will definitely call you for my next trip!

I have now booked my vacations out west to see my son now 4 times and each visite to your New Sudbury Center with Carole Williams has been a delite. I am always greeted by Carole with a huge smile on her face as she remembers me from each previous visite. She is always attentive to my needs and makes sure they are all addressed. When i leave her office, Carole has gone over all documents she gave me and i am well informed for my trip. Coodos to Carole for a job well done and always being courtious.

Haven't left for my trip yet but I am so impressed with Kevin. I had mobility issues that needed attention both on the flights and destination and he couldn't have been more helpful. If he wasn't sure about something he would call the hotel directly to get answers and when he said he would call back he did. Thanks Kevin. You made planning this trip so much easier.

Thank you Linda Lavoie!!! She is extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. She will be my go-to for all my booking from now on. She made my unpleasant experience dealing with another company better instantly by getting me the flights I needed when others failed and had me extremely stressed out.
