Truly amazing customer service! Aside from great advice and getting a good deal in store, they went above and beyond. We had a housewarming party for which we really needed some patio furniture. We purchased a nice set that we were really happy with several weeks in advance, but the shipment from across the country was a little delayed till a few days after the party. We were incredibly surprised and happy to hear that Dorothy understood the situation and offered to deliver the floor set for temporary use until the actual purchased set was delivered!! That worked out so well, and we're so thankful for that accomodation as it saved the day. We will definitely be back whenever we need anything else, as I love to support local businesses that work with their customers this way.

We contacted them via their Facebook site after seeing something that caught our eye. They sent us more photos, provided details about the product, and answered all of our many questions.
