havent been to kitchener in probably 15 years but i still consider this my fave pizza place ever! used to get it soooooooo often when i was little, nothings beat it yet

It's a pretty nice pizza, priced quite reasonable. If it wasn't a 10 minute walk from my house I don't know if I'd go back but I like it. They did mess up my first order but I still enjoyed it. Prices went up. 2 medium 3 topping pizza walk in special comes to just under $22 now

Best value and sooooo delicious. They deliver as far as University and Fischer-Hallman. Just tried them again and got half hawaiian and half deluxe. You must get thin crust to get it just the right thickness and their dipping sauce is the best! For a large pizza that delicious for under $13 bucks, you can't go wrong! Love their pizza!

Tried all the local pizza places, Big General was the best! First- excellent pizza with a great crust, perfect tomato sauce and very generous with the toppings. Second- best prices around! Third- delivery time is so quick! What else can you ask for! Try it! You’ll be glad you did!

Called ahead for a pickup of a large Canadian Pizza. They ended up making a medium instead, but at least charges me the right price. Small store front, had plexiglass up but no tap to pay available. Took about 15 minutes from calling in to be ready. Pizza itself was actually really good. Nice crust that's thinner than regular crust but not a thin crust pizza. Sauce is really nice but could use more of it. Toppings were good quality and lots available on it. Would try again and maybe even the wings next time
