I cannot believe this company. In regard to their skip tracing (which is all we use this for), I would never recommend this company to businesses or anyone. You can do very minimal in the customer portal (you can't cancel your own requests) and you can never reach anyone on their customer support team (or anyone at all for that matter) to advise how things are going or get a timeline of when we might even hear from them. I'm not exactly sure what a Customer Representative is even for since they also refuse to contact people back and only ever reach out when they want to get paid. This is a money hungry company and I highly advise against using their services. It's a waste of time and money. I will be looking for a new skip trace company today.
