The person who sold me my 2020 Lexus nx 300 Hybrid was very professional, polite and informative. He gave me a good price on my 2017 Lexus nx 200 which I adored but now am totally in love with my Hybriid. If I ever I buy another ((I’m 76) it will be with Lexus Osrk Avenue.

I had a great experience at Lexus Sainte-Julie. I recently purchased a Lexus NX 300.Robin the sales representative and Catrine the financial manager both are very nice, professional and knowledgeable (100 out of 100).The delivery time was accurate, and the process was straightforward and quick. The staff was excellent and very friendly!I appreciate everything you have done for me.

Great dealership in a convenient location, and part of a large dealer group. Service has always been good when I go here, and the staff can help in both official languages. Lots of inventory and plenty of service bays to accommodate customers.

The customer service was not great once you entered you have to wait for long time that someone came and talk to you they are not professional bessness man

My experience was a NIGHTMARE. I had initially inquired in a pre-owned vehicle on their lot in which they had gotten back to me quite quickly with the information. The planning process from start to finish was excellent from the beginning to the pick-up of the new vehicle in which I travelled quite far to do so, although the delivery is when the nightmare had begun. I had dropped off my vehicle as a trade and got into my brand new vehicle – the representative did not go through any of the features of the vehicle, just handed me the keys and left. At that point as I was transferring my plates and I did have to go back into the dealership and ask my consultant to remove and hand them to me. After this, the representative once more was in a rush to leave, getting into the vehicle I had no idea what was wrong but the speakers were not working. I then found out that they had to keep the vehicle and send to another dealership to be fixed – I was furious. How could you not completely check a vehicle prior to your client pickup up? After receiving the vehicle back after two weeks, there was damage to the back of the bumper and had the audacity to tell me that they were selling this vehicle with the damage which they did NOT disclose in any sort of documentation, communication, etc. After this, I had a trusted mechanic take a look at the vehicle, the brakes were completely worn to the metal, a major leak needed repair, a software update and two brand new tires needed to be repaired/replaced on the vehicle – this wouldn’t have passed any type of safety which means they never fully safetied this vehicle in the first place. They had offered to pay for these repairs which I appreciated but at this point there was a sour taste in my mouth – last but not least, gave me a vehicle that already had a cracked rim which I ended up having to repair myself as this was not initially found and of course, having the vehicle a few days this was NOT something that I had done. Worst experience and overall, would’ve expected a note from the General Manager or owner of the dealership to express their deepest apologies. Being in the auto industry myself, I couldn’t imagine in a million years ever doing business like this – a very unprofessional experience. Prior to buying, please ensure you see a safety certificate, ask the right questions and have a mechanic look at your vehicle prior to buying – trust is the most important in this industry and it simply was not there for me – I regret my decision to purchase from them, fully.

Worst service ever, i had appointment to buy a used car 2011 lexus rx , they told us that the seller who booked the appointment left and not working there anymore but we had the deal with him 2 days before , and they said they have another customer coming after noon to see it ,They didn't accept deposit , they told us we can talk all day but it wont change anything,Bad service very racist decision to satisfy another customer who had an appointment after ours

I recently purchased an IS 300 F 2016, great first impression at the dealership and quick financing. However the transparency and coordination was not very great. I was promised the car paint touch ups will be completed.However they did not took care of it. Which costed me $595+Tax out of my pocket to get completed by a private vendor.Recently, we found the door Leather was also punctured. The sales man did not advise us of any damage which is an additional cost of $130-$200 on me. As per the sales agent everything was checked on the car and it’s was in in good condition.Lastly, the day of pick up I was promised my winter tires will be installed for which I paid $1500. Luckily I checked upon delivery and they did not install my tires. Luckily they offered me a valet service the next day.We are disappointed the reason we bought the car from the dealership is to make sure we are not getting ripped off for over $800…Unfortunately, I would not recommend based on them being careless and not transparent. A dealership of Lexus should hold high standards and must pay attention to details and be transparent to their clients.

About a month ago I realized there was an issue with the summer tires for the car I purchased last Fall. I contacted Park Avenue Lexus about that and they were extremely responsive and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. Couldn't be happier with their after-sale service, it was awesome!

We recently bought a 2020 Lexus ES300h and had a very positive experience, thanks principally to our salesperson, Olivier Dion. He was kind, responsive, and easy to work with--and there were none of the games car dealerships sometimes try to play.
