She knows the city of Victoria very well, and was able to introduce me to a number of neighbourhoods that I knew very little about. Charlene is kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient. She was always available to answer my questions, is a total pleasure to interact with, and made the experience of buying my first home far easier than it otherwise could have been, given the circumstances. I have no hesitation recommending her to prospective buyers, and plan on engaging her services myself the next time I’m in the real estate market.
