I had reserved a truck on May 20, 2016 morning , and confirmed my reservation on Thursday May 26, 2016 in order to ensure getting the truck on May 28 morning to move to my new home , I went to pick up the truck on the time and I was shocked when as the guy told me that he had rent it to some one else and had nothing left and I have to wait till Monday 30, 2016 to get the truck , even without apologizing from what he did or concerning about my situation .This UHAUL branch has a very poor customer service.

The person in charge or the owner is not friendly at all and when I ask him about getting refun because the truck was at half of tank and it was supposed to be at lower then a quarter tank, he said he never does any refunds and in my receipt he highlighted that it was at quarter tank, but I took a picture and I will call U Haul and make a complaint.

This was our drop off location and we were greeted by friendly, kind and accommodating people who run this UHaul in Wetaskiwin. They made sure to lower our charges when they realized that there was a mistake made by the original pick up location. Excellent service!!

Customer service was terrible. Every question I asked, their answer was call the 1-800#. They had absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever, I ended up driving to ponoka instead
