Over the past year, we have had all of the flooring in our home replaced with manufactured hardwood by Grand Floors. Our experience dealing with the sales and customer service team was excellent and Slavik did a phenomenal job on the installation last summer and this past week. Slavik was also very courteous, accommodating and always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day.The project was done on time and on budget so I highly recommend the team at Grand Floors.Thanks again to everyone for your contributions.

I had Grand Floors refinish my maple floors in 3 rooms and Nelson and his team did an amazing job and the birch stain turned out even better than the sample piece that Robert made specifically for our update. I also had Grand Floors update our oak stairs (with carpet runner) with new spindles and posts.Our installer was David and he is definitely a highly skilled professional that takes pride in his work, is punctual, works diligently and is friendly. I felt so comfortable talking to him as we went through each step of the project. If you are thinking about a staircase update don't hesitate to ask for David.

Had a great experience with Grand Floors! Friendly and polite staff helped us the entire way from choosing our floor type and style to the completed installation. The work was impeccable and completed ahead of schedule to boot! Pricing was competitive and there is something to be said about the simplicity of having one company that handles everything for you from quotes, to materials, to installation. Were great to work with and look forward to future projects!

I’d give 5 stars to Slavic, our installer-he’s incredibly talented.Unfortunately there wasn’t enough material to finish the job, more material had to be ordered. Stunning results and would highly recommend Grand Floors.
