Went in once and thebgirl was rude, thought maybe she was having a bad day so shrugged it off and made my purchase.Went back ti the mall a couple months later and Brought my sister in as she'd never shopped at la vie en rose before. The girl helping her turned to me and said and what are you doing in here"Apparently I am not welcome

I was welcomed by a friendly gesture by Sadie(employee no 081166). Hope I am spelling it right. She was very helpful and kind. A store should have someone like her. She didn't rush, gave me time and helpful advice. All stars are Totally for her.

Terrible customer service. I asked a never before question do you carry and workout underwear" and she looked absolutely shocked and had never heard of underwear for sweating in lol anyways

They had similar items to what we ended up buying in the next store over. Ok selection but seemed a little higher priced and nothing jumped out as something she needed to have. The store was clean and well lit.

Terrible Service I've ever received!!!! Girls made me feel super uncomfortable!!! I know I'm a plus size, but I felt super judged!!!! Not one girl even came up to me to say hi or even asked if I needed any help!!!! They avoided me!!!! I was in there for 20mins and pick out something and left!!!! Hopefully management sees this and fixes this!!!

Had the best shopping experience ever today. Had the most pleasant staff member Kendra help me pick out some pajamas and a new bra. Usually bra shopping is not a good experience for me as I’m plus sized and usually made to feel very uncomfortable in a bra store when the models are straight sized. Kendra not only selected several bras she thought I may like (one of which I purchased) but she came back several times to make sure I was doing okay and to help with sizes. All in all a very good experience and I felt very valued by the employee. I will definitely be returning to this location and I look forward to my next bra purchase from here as well.
