Citadella Restaurant (Radium Hot Springs)
First impression of the restraunt made us a little hesitant to stay and eat but as a party of nine we decided to stay. So glad we did! The food was amazing! I had the steak salad with a cilantro dressing, the dressing was amazing the steak was cooked perfectly and the salad was refreshing! Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The reason I only give 4 stars is because I felt like the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. But overall this is definitely a hidden gem and I would and will go back if I'm ever in the area again.

Food was OK, kind of bland, but the service was excellent, and the view is amazing. The waiter said they are going to a new menu this latter this spring. The price was excellent, and the portions were great. The soup was good.

An enticing menu with some vegetarian options. Service was prompt & attentive. I recommend trying the Hungarian dishes on the menu. Excellent view, prices a bit high, may be normal for Radium. The beef stew is superb, you will have to order veggies on the side for that one.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever has the privilege of dining at. My wife and I honeymooned from Edmonton and we ate here originally because it was attached to our hotel… we came back on back to back nights because the food was so amazing the first night. The chef is absolute top notch! The clubhouse and southern chicken were to die for night one and the nacho platter and burger was just perfect the second night. Everything is fresh made all the way down to the guacamole and salsa. Even the free breakfast was good! The wait staff was the friendliest lady also. Would highly recommend anyone who comes to Radium to give this little eatery a chance - it will blow your mind. 5/5.

Amazing!! Decided to come to this restaurant as we (fiance and i) knew it would be up on the mountain top bit we didn't expect to get such an amazing experience! Unfortunately but also lucky for us, no one else was dining (we got there right as they opened at 5) so we got to enjoy our meal in peace. The place is older but has so much character. Prices are fantastic! The food was beyond amazing. My fiance has never finished his fish and chips anywhere but he did here! The only down side is very little parking, hence the 4/5 stars. Overall would definitely come back and recommend :)

Reasonably authentic Hungarian cuisine with an amazing view. The interior of the restaurant also “authentically tacky”. Very pleasant service and the chef definitely knows what he’s doing.

Good food good prices and the view is incredible!Hope the new owners fix up the patio for next summer. I'm very excited to sit on an updated patio*butter chicken is unreal for $20 includes Nan bread and rice

Oct 9, 2022, on this day, we didn't really enjoyed it. We waited an hour for a chickenwing appetizer, and another 30mins for our entrees (only 2 tables were being served). Steak should be medium rare, but arrived medium well, the ribs aren't burned but it has a burnt smell on it. We were told that the main chef was away, so we might have a different experience if the main chef was here. Although, the view was nice, and the server is nice.
