AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. 6 Months ago I got tested here and to this day have never gotten the results from them. Got tested last Thursday again, giving giving the benefit of the doubt... no results as of yet. The only reason I went here again was because of the same day testing, however, it would have been quicker to book a test at Dynacare for the next day and get my results back in 24hrs. Absolutely ridiculous! If my test is lost for the 2nd time they need to reevaluate what's going on here.

Don't bother going here late in the day for a covid test.They overbook appointments and then just cut the line off 10 minutes before the end of their day.I fully understand the nurses have had a long day and want to go home. But overbooking is something I've come to expect from the sleaze-bags at our national airline, not a public health run covid testing center.

I want to just share my unfortunate experience and hopefully help someone else and prevent them from experiencing what I experienced!I came in close contact with someone who tested positive and experienced symptoms right away. On Friday March 19, I obviously was very concerned for my health and immediately went online to book a covid test at one of the hospitals in Mississauga (cause I live here) but unfortunately none were available that day. I came across this covid testing centre at Kingsway (5 mins from my house) and was RELIEVED to see that they had available testing apts that day!I booked one, I showed up early and saw it was a drive thru testing centre and felt comfortable that I'd be tested from my car! There was about a 10 car line up which was fine and I patiently waited my turn. Everything seemed legit and when the line got shorter, one of the staff even walked out with a bunch of clip boards and came to each car to quicken the process and asked us to fill out a form while we were waiting. Great! It was finally my turn and I rolled up into the drive thru, the staff I dealt with were nice and efficient and they asked me standard questions and when I was ready, they swabbed me. I watched them put away my sample and everything seemed organized and done well! They gave me a little paper with the QR code to scan and said the results would take 3-5 days, although I was dreading this time frame, I was prepared and just let things be, my results will come when they do. Little did I know...Next day, naturally I check right away just to see and the site had said no results. Which was expected!Side note: I live with 3 other family members who work and have to physically go into work. With my pending results my family had to unfortunately stay home and take off work! This caused a lot of anxiety, frustration and pressure on me which was very difficult on both my family and I! Fast Forward 3 days after, it being Monday. I check first thing in the morning! Nothing! Understandable, it's only day 3 and my brain was using every excuse to calm my anxiety as to why my results haven't come in yet!Fast forward to Wednesday night, STILL NOTHING! **Mind you I'm checking every 30mins for my results and you have to personally type your health card number, name and date of birth every time you check. I HAD MEMORIZED MY HEALTH CARD NUMBER AT THIS POINT CAUSE I WAS LOGGING IN SO OFTEN! It's day 5 going into day 6, I haven't slept, my anxiety is through the roof, I've been locked in my room to self isolate, my family members are anxious and constantly texting me and asking if my results have come in yet and it really takes a huge mental toll on everyone!! It's 3am Thursday morning and since I couldn't sleep I was up thinking to myself, what if I book another testing at a hospital cause at this point they SHOULD be quicker! I checked Mississauga hospitals again but none were available, I happen to check Mount Sinai downtown Toronto and was hesitant cause it was farther, but they actually had availability first thing Friday morning! I figured, if my previous test doesn't come in and I still have to wait, I'll go crazy! But if they happen to come after this test at Mount Sinai then no harm no foul! I go to Mount Sinai for my 8am appointment, got tested at 8:09am and was told my results will be online in 24hrs! Amazing! I got home and check my results from Kingsway just to see and STILL NOTHING! I happen to check my results from Mount Sinai in the evening, at 9:25pm to be exact and GUESS WHAT, MY RESULTS CAME IN!!! IN 13HRS I GOT MY RESULTS! Fortunately they were NEGATIVE!Over all, I understand there's a wait but come on, this was torture! If I didn't go to Mount Sinai, I'd still be waiting!!! *** If you've read this far then I appreciate you and hope this helps you!SIDE NOTE: Today is Friday, a week exactly from when I got tested at Kingsway and drum roll please... I checked and STILL NOTHING!

my family and I went to get tested here yesterday. They were quick and efficient, they even tested my newborn, which a lot of places won’t and suggest u take them to emergency to be tested. It’s a drive thru whixh I liked as well. There wasn’t a line we were in and out!

Thought I'd share my experience since I dont agree with the low rating. I booked an appointment yesterday morning for the evening. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled time and they gave me a clipboard to fill my information out while I waited in my car. They also provided me with a bag containing 2 cloth masks and a bottle of sanitizer. There were about a dozen cars in front of me and I left about 15 minutes later. It was quick and the staff were polite. Got my results this morning. If you need to get tested I'd recommend this location.

Went here yesterday for my covid test and got my results in less than 24 hours! Unbelievable turnaround time. It was fast and easy. The bad reviews are all from when the third wave and earlier were at their peak.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband was tested on Thursday, still no results. The whole family was isolated all weekend waiting for results. They pass you a clipboard to complete. They're testing for Covid and passing a Clipboard so this virus can be spread. First of all they should be scanning the health card, there should be no handwriting, as that's potential for human error. Very inefficient. He went to get tested again at Humber River Hospital yesterday, and results were already posted by 6am this morning. They are sloppy and inefficient. Get tested at a hospital.

Been waiting almost 4 days for our family's Covid test results, still nothing.... Go somewhere else for your Covid testing. Our family members in other households have been tested elsewhere and are receiving their results within 24 hours.

My wife went for a Covid-19 test last Friday and still waiting for result. Called the test location and was given a different numbers to call, called those numbers and no body know what happen to the result. Online result site shows Your test result is not yet available"

I believe this place is unnecessarily getting bad reviews, so thought I would share my positive review. Went there last week, was the only place in the Mississauga/Peel region where I was able to snag a same day online appointment.Place is laid out well, has 2 drivethrough lanes, with cars being taken in 2 at a time, on each lane. Was in and out of the place in 15 minutes. Even received a complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer and 2 cloth masks, which was very kind on them.Got the test results back within 48 hours and was glad to have tested negative.Overall, this is a great place to get covid tested and do not get spooked by the negative reviews.
