Bought a brand new mazda 2021, receptors in front stopped working after 3 weeks for no reason and they wanna charge me 300$ more after financing a $35k car.Customer service is mediocre.

Great and excellent service. Only negative point is that it's far from everything. They have a lift" service to get you to the metro or somewhere else but it would be great to be able to get there "by foot"."

Congrations to the staff at Mazda PAT compared to Mazda Albi even if my cx5 comes from albi mascouche . Mazda PAT 5 diamonds!

I drove two hours (from Ottawa) to purchase a used car from this dealership. I had an appointment, which I confirmed the day prior, and I made the salesman aware that I would be commuting from Ottawa.I showed up for my appointment to find out the car I was there to see had been sold while I was on my way. I have no issue that they sold the car (I didn't have it on reserve), but I received no phone call or email from the salesman/dealership to notify me I no longer needed to come. They sold the car and let me drive two hours for nothing.Pretty disappointing.

I came last year and myself and my wife were looking forward since we were Mazda owners . I think management changed . 2 different Salesmans , not motivated at all anymore . Very sad . Lost 2 clients . Even offered 2-3k for our car that had low mileage and still selling for 8-10k. Not impressed . Use to be a good place.Don’t take my word for it . Look at all the 1 star reviews !

I came in the dealership to test drive a mazda 3 and I was immediately hooked. The sales team was kind enough to offer me a great price on the car and I received it only 3 days after buying! Great service.
