I called today asking if they sell plastic handles for bathroom taps. I have the original part so thought that maybe I could bring it to the store and they could look at it and see if they carry that part. There are no markings on my faucet to indicate what brand it is and the guy on the phone just told me it was a wild goose chase and they couldn't help me. I then called Rona on Islington and the guy in plumbing told me to bring the part and he would look at it and see if they have anything. I gladly drove there and within about 5 minutes I had purchased a part that works for what I needed.

These guys here are by far the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in any service department. So rude so quick to shoot someone down, people who really do not want to help their customers. Their automatic door wasn’t working once with no signage indicating this and when i called they were extremely condescending while on the phone and when i got into the shop. Would gladly go out of my way to avoid this place because a monkey with a stick could probably help me out better than these people.

This store isn't for homeowners who only care about price. The advice and customer service is more important to me than saving a few bucks at Home Depot. Also unlike the box stores, they stock items that aren't as commonly used so that it's there when you have an emergency.

Store didn't have the part I needed but they directed me to another store and I found what I needed.Nice way of doing business. Will patronize your store again when the water's dripping.

Consistently terrible service. Staff are dismissive and arrogant with zero concept of customer service or brand representation. Good luck trying to get somebody on the phone and once you do they are just rude.This branch has always been deplorable and the brand as a whole should just fire the staff and dissolve this location to save face.Sincerely a disappointed customer.

Absolutely Fantastic Service! I came in thinking I would have to spend hundreds of bucks for a plumber, fortunately Vidhu and his work colleagues managed to fix my problem right away and for a great price. Will definitely come back if need be!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.I purchased a faucet yesterday at their location after showing them a picture of the old one and making sure its the compatible one and their stuff assured me it is.The price after tax came to $275. After giving me my receipt he told me to save it in case I need to return it.Today my plumber came to install the faucet and realized that they gave a wrong one.So far for knowledge of someone working there.My plumber went there himself to exchange the faucet but they don't have a right one so he wanted to return it.Guess what, they charge 15 % for restocking!For him giving me the wrong faucet he is gonna charge me $50.And on top of everything lying that he said about the restocking fee.Is this how you make money by charging people that return the untouched product 12 hours later????Shame on you.

I also experienced terrible customer service. I purchased a drain assembly from this location based on the recommendation of my plumber. The thread was not right so I came back to return it. They did not want to take it back as the plastic bag was opened. Eventually they took it back but charged a 25% restocking fee. I would recommend against purchasing from this store if possible.

I get it's a problem during COVID. Looking for fiber gaskets March 1 2021 and told they don't sell them. I would rather someone be patient with me than be totally rude and lie to me. Don't push a bad day onto customers, you'll lose the ones you have

Needing specific plumbing hardware, I lazily went to the Big Box hardware chains along the Queensway first. Didn’t have, didn’t know, no help whatsoever. Except one employee did suggest going to Wolseley. Absolutely paid off. I talked with Andre and he solved my problem immediately. Next time I’ll go straight there.
