Didn't know a hand physio exist at first. Good thing I found them. I'm seeing Lauren for my left wrist because it's so painful postpartum plus bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. I've been her client ever since. Very helpful and knowledgeable, plus they have all the gadgets and tools. Even the receptionist is lovely.

Lauren has worked with me on a number of issues and she has been so helpful! My custom splint has been a lifesaver with my current injury and she has been so attentive to each detail of my treatment. The staff are all so happy and courteous, I've never had an issue booking or rescheduling appointments. The clinic itself is always immaculate, I'm impressed every time! Highly recommend this clinic. I required hand therapy for a broken finger. For each therapy session Madeline provided me with a progression of exercises to rebuild the flexibility and strength, while providing me with the descriptions of how the exercises would help my hand heal. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

On a friends recommendation, I recently came here to see Lauren for a hand injury and after 6 weeks of regular treatment I am extremely happy with my progress. Lauren is amazing. She is so cool and kind and knowledgeable, my partner and I go see her together. Chose this location because of its proximity to my work & my home. Clean and bright clinic, and special attention paid to cleaning & sanitizing surfaces and anything that's been touched. The no-touch hand washing station is *chef's kiss*. The staff understood and learned from the pandemic.All staff I've had contact with are professional, helpful and friendly.
