Every time I come into this store they're always willing to help me with whatever I might need. Wether that's a new zipper pull for a wallet, advice on maintenance for my husbands boots or a good spray for my boots when it rains.

Great customer service and this was my first time coming here to take my purse and my dad's favorite sandals to get fixed and just picked them up today and I'm satisfied with the results. My dad loves his favorite sandals and he didn't want to toss them and they fit great on him and look good as new with the new straps on them and I got a new strap for my purse and they strengthened it and I really wanted to see it could be fixed because I only had my purse for a year and it was a gift for my university grad and I didn't want to get rid of it.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their shoes or bags fixed

What a pleasure to find a traditional cobbler! In our buy-cheap-throw away world I was so happy to see hundreds of pairs of boots and shoes being skillfully repaired. The two ladies were pleasant and helpful too! Don't throw your leather goods away just because they're worn out. Take them to Duncan Cobbler and let them breath new life into them!

I dropped off a pair of Viberg Lineman boots to be re-soled a few weeks back. I was told it would be about 3-4 weeks due to his staffing. I got the boots back today (after about 4 weeks) and they look absolutely amazing! Fresh soles with proper stitching on the welt, and they even fixed some stitching that had pulled out from the toe box area!Steve was very knowledgeable, very kind, and put up with my multiple phone calls to ask if my boots were ready without even an ounce of rudeness! Very happy with my visit, and I will be taking all my others there to be re-soled for years to come!! Thank you for reviving these tanks!

they did a custom refit for my hockey goalie glove which came out great and did it on time and at a fair price . Also friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended! J.Lee
