I did get a new heater the restocking fee of 25% was paid.No one from MANAGEMENT has even bothered to call me.I did love these guys until.....do the right thing guysI was offered to drive the part to Toronto in the pandemic be charged a 25% restocking fee and purchase the other at retail. Wow! Really stepping up!Wrong part called same day to adviseLost $1161.85 for the wrong part.any competitors out there can you help? I will obviously pay the difference for the right one.Repeat client who thought these guys were awesome, fast delivery,friendly on the phone. I made a mistake an orderedthe wrong heat exchanger, not even sure it was me or their site.codeH150FDNH250FDNI needed the 250, 40 bucks diff.I don't go out of my way to hurt anyone, but if you make a profitshouldn't you work with people a little even if you don't want to advertise it. Really disappointed, to be clear the guy on the phone was polite, but told me to read there policies over and over. I will forward this to hayward also.

Quick and easy. I placed my order for a pool heater and received it the next day hassle free. Defiantly will use Toronto Pool Supplies for future purchases.

Shame on you!!!BEWARE! This company does not care at all about there customers but only about maximizing PROFIT at the miserable expense of others.Order process was fine. I was delivered a damaged air conditioner that was beyond repair. Anna the shipping manager essentially said that I have no recourse in the matter but to wait until the shipper they contracted responds to the claim against them. After which, if they assume responsibility I can send back for exchange or refund which will take 4 - 8 weeks. Only stipulation is I must pay the return delivery charge. So needless to say I’m not exchanging it for fear of this happening again. I’ve already been duped once.Anna the shipping manager had told me to look again at the website to review terms and conditions. So yes on the very bottom in tiny print there is a link which absolves this company from anything.I did not think this was in fact legal in Canada, especially in today’s day and age. There should be SHAME for you for treating people like this. I suppose this is why you don’t belong to the BBB.I believe in Karma and if this company does too it will drown in one of it’s deceptive/ defective swimming pools!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called to verify availability of a part I urgently needed. I was told to call back in 15-mins. I explained I was driving down from Muskoka. She didn't seem to care. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

BUYER BEWARE !! This store has zero integrity !! We purchased a part we did not end up using ( brand new ) and when we tried to return it we were told it was a Final Sale ?? We were never told that upon our purchase and when we called to talk to them about it the sales rep couldn’t have been more rude and ignorant! He also refused to give me his name ! It certainly speaks to the integrity of this business - NONE!!

Worst place ever to buy pool supplies, very unprofessional, very unwilling to help anybody else talking to a guy there that’s half asleep, half dead and very unmotivated to help anybody else very unprofessional very bad service

Their customer service was excellent! They confirmed inventory before processing order and offered alternatives for items not in stock, since I needed the items ASAP for an install. I received timely responses and even phone calls with clarification. I've already used them again for another order and the experience was the same... excellent service and quick delivery!
