Very helpful, walked me through the entire process. Sarah is awesome and I'm very thankful for her help with shipping a vehicle! I only gave 4/5 stars because I was originally working with Danielle, who then went on vacation and did not give me notice (and my shipment was very time sensitive) and I only found out she was away from office by calling. Other than that, a great experience.

I saw a guy in utube talking about his experience exporting and importing his car from the USA to Canada and he said that he used this broker and they were reasonable priced, so I checked around with other brokers and they were very reasonable. They took care of my export paperwork and getting my ITN number, plus submitted to the border for me. I already did my import papers for Canada. Needless to say, things went smoothly and I am very happy with this service. Sonali was great!
