I had a dishwasher installed yesterday and he was so professional. He came with everything that was required. He wasnt aggressive with the dishwasher (yes thats a thing with others ive seen). He was calm, professional & friendly. Walked us through what was what. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

I booked an appointment with Carlos to install the chimney style range hood. He came as scheduled and did the job. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. He completed the task on his own and perfectly. I felt he should keep a bit customer friendly attitude (in my opinion based on how I felt). He did help me bringing Range hood box into the kitchen when I requested. Carlos is I feel a no nonsense guy and I am okay with that as long he is finishing the job satisfactorily. There are couple of negative reviews which I believe will be there in this industry. Overall I am happy and I do recommend Express Installers.

I’ve hired Carlos for appliance installation and haul away a few times now, for my own home and for a rental property. I really like that I can trust Carlos to do an honest and great job. He is exactly the kind of contractor that you want to work with, and I highly recommend hiring him for any appliance install needs you have.

I hired Carlos from Express Installers to do an install of a new range hood in my kitchen.From the first phone call, even before I had booked any business, Carlos was pleasantand helpful, answering all of my questions.Once I scheduled the work, Carlos was clear and transparent about the cost of the service and what was included.He arrived on-time the day of the service, and the install was clean and professional. Express Installers installed a ceiling fan and a pendant on the high ceiling (18 ft) of my family room. Above all they are very responsive and punctual. And also their work is clean and perfect. They came on time as promised and did the work neat and clean. I strongly recommend this company!

Excellent experience with dishwasher installation. Carlos and his colleague were able to install the dishwasher very professionally and also was able to fix a leaky gasket that had previously existed. They also demonstrated dishwasher features, including how to remove the filter. Would not hesitate to call again for next appliance installation.

I booked Carlos on the recommendation of Mark at Universal Appliances. I’d purchased a range hood from them and, overall, was happy with the price and service. It took forever, but I believe that was out of their control. I didn’t research the installers – which I usually do – but took Mark and Universal at their word.Carlos booked me for an install between 10 and 2. The problem was I understood this meant the install was to take place between 10 and 2, and he meant he’d show up between 10 and 2. So unclear communication, off the start. He actually showed up at 1:57, by which point I’d given up and had to leave.More to the point of this review, when Carlos arrived he didn’t introduce himself or offer any explanations. He’d also not called, emailed or texted, all of which were options, if only to tell me he was on his way/ running late.I explained I couldn’t stay, and suggested he’d not been clear with his scheduling. I did, though, offer to pay for the delivery, until he doubled the charge from what we’d agreed. When I refused the new price, he walked away and said he was going to invoice me, and what I did with it was up to me… So on top of terrible communication and no courtesy, add veiled threats.I hired another company, 5-stars across the board, and got a clear arrival window, a text 20 minutes prior to arrival, and enough courtesy to last me all day. Plus they didn't try to nickel and dime me on disposal and credit card fees. So Devon gets five stars, and Carlos can add this one star review to the other ones he’s received.I expect I’ll get the reply “…some clients are impossible to please…”.

Very unhappy. The website stated that an undercabinet range hood installation runs from $150-$200. No where does it say that to vent it, there is an extra charge of $125. Other company quotes all include the venting as part of the install and were in the same range of $150-$200. Only after it was installed was this pointed out to me. Stay away from this company. Very misleading.I see that Carlos has replied to my review and states that I am difficult to please and didn't understand the procedure. My OWN electrician had fed the wire to where the hood fan was to be installed and he questioned why Carlos had moved it into the cabinet and installed an outlet for it. I have renovated three kitchens and have never had to leave a bad review for any company. My issue is that the quote for the job was one price and then only after it was installed they charged double. No other company quotes charged extra for the venting of the hood fan and he did not say that it would be an extra charge when we got his verbal quote over the phone. I also do not live in the US but was away but this has nothing to do with the fact that this company is deceitful and misleading with their quotes. Buyer beware.
