Such an amazing experience!! I found the float to be very detoxifying, I came out feeling extremely relaxed and my skin felt amazing!!! I think this would be great for anyone who has some muscle aches or pain. The atmosphere was very relaxing- I loved the tea area.Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend it! It's a great place to meditate and relax

Really disappointed, new management has little to no regard or responsibility when it comes to honouring gift cards. Would avoid this business and instead opt for one of the other options in the lower mainland. If you’re planning on purchasing a gift card/voucher, choose another business that respects their clients. The new owner is only concerned about their money, not your experience. (In response to the owner, I came in without the gift card on behalf of my wife as I had purchased a float at the Abbotsford location as a gift to my wife. Anyone who has been there and purchased a gift card knows that for the longest time they said gastown on the gift card. So not really sure how she thinks this validates her argument but sure. I understand she bought out float house just disappointed that she’s clearly incapable of seeing what would have been a return clients frustration with the situation I now have a 75$ gift card that cannot be used I provide the receipts and the card info not really sure how much more information I can give her so regardless of what her excuses are I wouldn’t trust her with purchasing gift cards. She clearly didn’t think about this when purchasing the buisness and to put it all on the consumer doesn’t seem ethical to me and offering a 25% discount and trying to make it sound like a great deal when Im having my money stollen from me doesn’t sound at all like a reasonable solution.) nice of her to try and blame this on the consumer who purchased a gift card in good faith.

Went floating for the first time yesterday. What a wonderful experience! Very relaxing. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely be back

The energy when you walk into the establishment is so calming and positive, and as far as cleanliness goes I had no issues. The person who was working was very informative. As a first time floater, I had no issues because she was so good at explaining how the process worked. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family, and will be going back myself.

What a truly incredible place and experience. Float House Abbotsford is a brand new and every detail has been carefully tailored to make for a relaxing experience. Each float tank/cabin is in a private room with a shower, towels, ear plugs, and robe all provided along with quality shampoo/body wash to use before floating. In these private rooms, the light can be controlled (on, off, various soft colours), the music can be controlled with the help of the staff, and you can take your time to get ready and enter the tank.The tanks are spacious and very well maintained, and it was very easy for me to adjust to my very first float. I chose to float after a strenuous workout and the sensation of weightlessness and complete, whole-body relaxation was perfect. Soft music played when my float was over, and after showering and dressing I was able to relax in the lounge with a mug of tea to process my experience and come back to reality.The staff were highly engaged, carefully walking me through every detail. They were able to provide a bunch of tips from their own experience and addressed just about every question I had before I even needed to ask. They were obviously very invested in me having a high quality experience.Based on my own experience, I think floating is something from which just about anyone could benefit, and I highly recommend the Float House Abbotsford facility due to its luxurious, modern facilities and well-trained, friendly staff.

Great location! The staff is informative and friendly. The booking processes is a breeze. Take a break relax and enjoy the float. It's worth it!
