i bought a note 20 ultra 5g this year i was told a 21$ smart care plan with bell covered screen scratches and scuffs i now have both of those on my screen and turns out the plan doesnt cover those

They clearly don't know how to do there job if they can't simply price match?There is a section on the sources website saying they price match from websites and other locations.In this case I tried to price match from Amazon and they refused, even though I price matched from Best Buy from Amazon. They need to pick up the information instead of being lazy and cater towards the customer.Ridiculous service.
