Awful value.Cannot fault the cleaners who worked really hard but ultimately I got 10 hours of cleaning and paid for much much more.You think you are buying a ‘professional’ and ‘deep’ clean but essentially you get a few hours of substandard cleaning.For the cost I was expecting 5+ cleaners to turn up with professional specialist cleaning equipment. This was not the case.Wouldn’t recommend

Very disappointed with the service I received, first team of cleaners didn’t even do the job. Second team were below par again and had to reorganise reclean for an end of tenancy and again left the property with several issues. Only put two stars because the customer service people over the phone dealt with me very well.

Nil star rating.Where do I start. I gave the rating as a 1star but as they DIDN'T even turn up I would have given a zero rating if I could have.I would Not recommend this company.My partner booked this company to clean a one bedroom flat.. Well just the bedroom carpet actually. We recieved a call at 8.30am to say the operatives car had broken down and they could not attend. The appointment time was supposed to be between 10-12am.We were not staying at the flat and had travelled for nearly 2 hours, plus taken the day off work.So the caller said they would try to find a replacement within an hour. No one called back. 11am my partner called them and they said give them another hour.. they will call her.12.30 no call so my partner called them. There was no genuine communication and it seemed they would rather just reschedule the appointment.We requested compensation but the company were not interested.I would say avoid this company if you have carpets that need cleaning..Companies like this think they can just mess the consumer about. Well we cancelled any future business and I would advise you not to risk giving them business.. You have been warned.

Miss Maid were a fantastic team - the customer service was prompt and communication fantastic. Our cleaner arrived on time, and finished the job early (but also thoroughly!). I will use them again, and delighted to find a fantastic, professional team. Highly recommend.

I hired Miss Maid to clean my house weekly. I had moved into a new area recently but have had many wonderful cleaners in the past, so had certain expectations of the business that claims such high standard.The maid that was sent didn’t speak more than two words of English. I tried time and time again to explain what I needed but all she could say / understand was ‘ok’ ‘No problem’. It was infuriating and meant I didn’t get the service I wanted due to a complete inability to communicate. At best what she did was average… at worst I would assume she had never cleaned a house before.She also used to smell badly of cigarettes. I don’t care if people smoke, but when you expect to come home to a clean house and it absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke, it’s disappointing.I cancelled the regular appointment in January after a few months of trying to make it work and now I’m being chased for an ‘admin fee’ for February, when I had no cleaning services at all.my advice is to avoid.

From responding to my enquiry to the completion of the job, the Miss Maid team was the epitome of excellent customer service.They went above and beyond when I raised concerns about possible dampness following the carpet steam cleaning I was enquiring about and helped me make an informed decision with absolutely no pressure.My technician, Stan, arrived on time, talked me through the process, and did an amazing job. The carpets in my rental look and feel significantly better and I am looking forward to settling into my new home.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT book miss maids for anything. We booked them unfortunately for an end of tenancy cleaning and the screenshots here are only a few of how the home looked after a 300- pound service. They hire people that are not professional cleaners and do not speak English so trying to explain to them why the cleaning needs more work is pointless. They also do not use industrial grade material but off the self mr muscle which will obviously not work on tough stains. The customer service team and the team that cleans are completely disconnected and it’s a shady operation being run by unprofessionals.The re-clean guarantee is a joke! the cleaners came back for all of 3 minutes and sprayed Mr.Muscle on the spots that were still dirty and yelled at me saying 'no problem'. I do not have the wrong business, our booking was made under my husband's name and I did call back to report the unsatisfactory so called 're-clean' when I was told by customer care that the cleaners have done their job! this was after I explained that they left in 3 minutes.
