I have been working with Heather Reid for almost a year now and have had huge lifestyle changes. She has given me the tools to meet my goals and maintain them. She asks the right questions and guided me to fuel my body in easy and manageable ways. I was able to lose weight, body fat and significant inches. I enjoy long distance running and by incorporating her knowledge, I have been able to achieve my race goals. I was apprehensive signing up for nutritional guidance, but she has allowed me to reach my goals ways that were never overwhelming. I am grateful for her and how she looks at all aspects of your life to keep you healthy. I never felt alone. HIGHLY recommend!

I got nothing out of my experience and spent over $600. I felt oversold on a package that I did not need. Dietitian referred me to a $10 FODMAP app to do the work that I went to the dietitian for. I had meetings both in the office and online and felt both venues were awkward and uncomfortable. Meetings are very short. The package comes with a year- long access to a website that does meal tracking, recipes and meal planning, recorded weekly coaching sessions - I've maybe used 1 or 2 times. Did not feel like this was useful information as it is all very basic and available in free books at the library or free content on YouTube.

Highly recommend Revive Wellness and thanks to my amazing dietician I’ve been able to make the most positive changes in my health and more importantly maintain them! There isn’t a one size fits all approach and there’s so much more to nutrition than just food. It’s definitely a full body and mind approach that isn’t easy; however, the hard work is worth it. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and wants to see you succeed. They are a team wanting to support you with your goals and will push and challenge you to do so while also having fun in the process. I certainly struggled when I initially started going and feared being judged and given up on like I’ve experienced in the past and that certainly isn’t the case here. In time I learnt to trust and open up more which only helped me on my journey and I wouldn’t be where I am now without the support of my dietician. They have become an extended family or a great friend that I can count on when I need a follow up and no matter how I feel walking in I leave feeling so much better. They don’t just talk the talk, they’re walking this life and health journey too and it’s incredibly helpful to be able to relate and know what I’m experiencing is “normal”

It's a complete waste of money, they give you very basic nutrition advise which you can just google , they just recommend you to follow the app and create your own diet on my viva plan which you can still do for free using Google, they didn't really pay attention to what I wanted to achieve wasted $600 with these guys, no customisation just a generic counseling talk and then say plug your numbers in an app and just follow it is too generic ! Don't waste your time with this place , don't believe me spend 600 dollars and see for yourself self

I have been a client of Revive Wellness for about 5 months now. I purchased their 1 year weight loss program and I can't possibly tell you how good these guys are at Revive!In that time, I've lost 45 pounds, I'm not hungry all the time, and I feel much better than I did a year ago.The key for me I think has been that they don't talk down to you and treat you like a first grader. They don't just show you the Canada food guide and say just do this" (which is what a Dietitian actually did with me at my doctor's office). They actually take the time to know YOU and your personal eating habits

The service I received at Revive Wellness was great. If you are considering working with a dietitian, I think this is a solid option. A year ago, I would have said not to buy packages because there is a no refund policy. Once you get the receipt, your benefit is tied to the company to prevent insurance fraud. Unfortunately for me, the dietitian I worked with happened to move elsewhere. To be fair, I don't think that I would have lasted in a program where I had to sign up every week. To also be fair, when I decided to retake the program and found out that my dietitian was gone, I just didn't come back. Would I have lasted in the program if she had been there? Probably not. If I wasn't committed enough to change dietitians after only 4 months maybe I just wasn't committed enough.

Great place to start if you need professional and caring help. My Dr. never bother to explain things properly as she was always in rush, then I searched for a dietician and have consultation with Malika Chandel, she provided me guidelines and helped me understand many things including my lab test and many medical terms which wasn't explained to me by my Dr. Malika was great help, every time I asked her a question, she explained every things in details, she even took time to research and find proper information if she had to instead of just providing guidelines. I am very pleased with result and highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable and caring. She has East Indian back ground and can be a great support for people who follow ethnic Indian diet.

These are a wonderful group of highly educated, knowledgeable, and value driven individuals who have your goals and needs in mind.They are there to customize a plan that works for you, your schedule, along with providing helpful insights to ensure you make it to your goals.If you want a firm that doesn’t try and sell you things you don’t need, but rather work with you to achieve your goals, look no further!

I've worked with Revive for a year now and am so grateful to have this understanding and supportive group to work with as I continue to experience increasing freedom from lifelong food issues. Their hands on help, balanced views and up to date science backed program tools have been very helpful aids and frankly I now consider my dietician my friend. It's the first time I've ever done a google review but my desire is that others would find the hope and help with Revive that I have. My sincere thanks to the whole team.

There was heavy promotion for packages when I just wanted to pay session by session. Also a huge push for my viva plan which was an additional charge on top of the $250 I was already paying per session. I have spent way less and learned much more from nutrition books than what I got out of these sessions. It was honestly a waste of money.
