I had to clear some e-waste, broken furniture, construction debris, and other trash out of my basement before a renovation. SInce I don't have a car, 1-800-GOT-JUNK was a lifesaver. They removed everything quickly and were very friendly and professional.

A lot of communication to let me know when they were arriving. They were very quick to remove the things I wanted gone, very quick and easy. Will definitely use them again and at the low cost I Definitely think it was worth it.

I have used this company a couple of times and always had great results. Recently, I wanted to declutter my bungalow. I called and spoke to a representative to set up a time and date for the pick up of my stuff. My phone call was handled expertly. On the day of my pick up, my drivers called me to let me know they were on the way. They arrived and within about 20 minutes had removed some heavy furniture from my basement and out to the truck. Payment was easy and quick. I have always found this company to be good value for money.

They were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I had to arrange an apartment to be cleaned out in another city, they made the process incredibly easy and worry free during a very difficult time. I strongly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

The two guys were great, on time, polite and efficient. My only issue was the minimum charge was $149+ tax as I had only one item and it took just 5 minutes to move to the truck.

Thanks Got Junk people . You impressed me . From my first conversation with Jen to Mike and his cohort who came and picked up my mother-in-law’s furniture . The guys showed up when they said that they would be there . They were polite and professional . They removed the furniture carefully and with respect , this impressed my wife since her mother had just passed away a few days before. You might not realize this Mr Got Junk ,but your people are the ambassadors for your company and they did a great job . I would recommend your firm to anybody and give those guys a raise, they deserve it.
